ALMOST 2 MONTHS IN AND I STILL DONT HAVE A FENCE AND EVERYONE HAS STOPPED ANSWERING MY REQUESTS. JUST DONT DO IT PEOPLE. THERE ARE SO MANY OTHER OPTIONS.****Run away. Do not buy a home here. They will lie and tell you it is a laid back HOA and then they will give you the run around, be vindictive and deny your requests. I said I must have a fence and a screen porch. That was a must have. They said no problem at all. I just want a simple screen enclosure. No added roof not a birdcage, just a screen on my porch, like most houses in Florida. They approved it and 2 hours later denied it without reason and closed the request. Told me to read the bylaws and reapply if I wanted. There is nothing stating you cannot have a screen porch. My fence was denied because I am on a pond and as I understood the back had to be rail I specifically asked if I could do privacy and they said yes. Well now I have signed my life away to this house and I get neither a fence or a screen porch. So DO NOT BUY. Run as far away as you can. If you do purchase well you have only yourself to blame
