  I hired Greg for a warranty inspection on my new construction home and he was worth every penny. He spent over 3.5 hours going through everything, well beyond the minimum the state requires. Thermal imaging on the electrical panel, every AC register, and the appliances, a sewer scope included, and he explains what he’s looking at while he works so you actually learn about your home. He also caught an issue with my AC that the builder’s warranty process had been putting off for weeks. The report is detailed, organized, and loaded with photos and video, exactly what you need for a builder warranty claim. On top of that he communicates fast and stands behind his work. If you want an inspector who is thorough, honest, and responsive, use Just Right Inspection. I’ll be using him again.

  Greg did 4 Point Inspection, Wind Mitigation Inspection for our home. He had to come back to our property because insurance company made a few requests. He worked with us on that and what is such a surprise today....Greg answers his phone! You can talk to him and quickly get the information you need. WOW. That IS customer service. Even when he is on a job. He answers his phone. Reports are back to you same day.

  Greg did a 4-point inspection for my house. I needed it done ASAP, and he was able to fit me into his schedule. The inspection went smoothly, and received the report next morning. Communication was great the whole time by both text and email. I would definitely recommend Greg if you need a home inspection.
