  Call made a scheduled appointment for service on Saturday morning 9 AM. Called at 9:30 to find out if the technician was running late they use AI for their phone and it’s a nightmare to get a live agent on the phone which then becomes just an answering service Call three more times until 1 PM. Asking for someone to call and give me an update. They said they were checking with the technician and they get back to me. Terrible Customer Service when I told the lady on the phone I was not happy. She said I don’t need to hear it. I’m just answering the phone and hung up on me Would not recommend this company at all Took a ride over to their office cause their website said they were open till 6 PM but the door said closed on Saturday unless you have a scheduled appointment not what their website says stay away from this company. They’re bad news.

  I recently had a Kohler generator installed by Florida Power and Automation, and it was one of the best contractor experiences I have ever had. They coordinated the entire project, including working with Ideal Gas for the installation of my gas tanks, making the process seamless from start to finish. The team was professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and responsive throughout the project. They arrived on time, kept the work area clean, communicated clearly, and handled every detail with exceptional attention and care. What I appreciated most was having a true one-stop shop that managed the entire process. Florida Power and Automation made what could have been a complicated project incredibly easy and stress-free. I highly recommend them to anyone considering a generator installation or related services. Their professionalism, organization, and commitment to customer satisfaction are outstanding.

  I would give 10 stars if it was an option! This company and the guys are amazing and extremely professional. We had a generac installed at our house. They did exceptional work, great customer service, fantastic pricing, always responded to texts/emails/phone calls promptly, and we just can’t say enough good things. We highly recommend this company!!!

  When I made requests for estimates, these folks were the first to respond and actually came to my house the same day even though they are a couple hours from where they have their shop. They also gave me the best quote for much better product than the other competition. They were on-time, fair and professional with their installation and follow up inspection with the County. Also, there were no surprise "additional" charges for anything no matter what they had to do. They stand by the original estimate. I wish all companies operated the same. Each contact whether on site or by phone was always concluded with "let me know if there is anything else we can do or help you with. Truly OUTSTANDING customer service.
