- CDCheryl DavidsonApr 11, 20265.0Got out to replace hot water heater on the date I asked, and work was completed in a timely fashion. Price was below what I was quoted and Steve and Randy are both wonderful to deal with!!!
- CRChristopher RichardsJan 17, 20224.0I would give them a 100% as far as plumbers for simply answering the phone. So much better than the other 5 plumbers I called. Send a guy the same day and fixed the problem.
- TBTony BennettJan 27, 20211.0Steve does not stand by his repair work that does not hold and continues to be an issue and refuses to do anything about it. I do not recommend using these guys for your plumbing needs.
- SRShannon ReynoldsJan 12, 20192.0Their best employee quit and the quality of work has fallen dramatically
- LCLeon ChowAug 24, 20181.0I had a terrible experience with their service! The technician arrived an hour late and was very unprofessional and rude. He didn’t follow proper service protocols and admitted he didn’t know how to fix the urinal tool. After charging us around $500 to fix a small leak and other issues, I learned my lesson the hard way. Thank you for wasting my time and money.
