  Review for Simple Action Air Conditioning I have an older AC unit that’s about 22 years old. It still runs, but definitely not the way I would like it to. I came across a Facebook ad from Simple Action Air Conditioning offering a $39 AC tune-up. They reached out to me right away. I didn’t respond immediately because I was busy with school shopping and life, but they were persistent and professional, and we eventually got everything scheduled. We originally arranged for a technician to come out Wednesday between 12 PM and 2 PM. When another appointment I had was canceled, my availability opened up for the entire day. The secretary was very understanding and was able to accommodate me by moving the appointment to the 2 PM–4 PM window. I really appreciated their flexibility. Jason, the service technician, was excellent. He communicated his ETA throughout the day and kept me updated with calls at 1:55 PM, 2:47 PM, and 3:26 PM. When he arrived, he was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Jason walked me through the AC tune-up process, inspected my air handler, and got straight to work. He explained the condition of my older system and answered all of my questions without making me feel pressured. We also discussed replacement options, including their financing options, and talked about different AC units. His recommendation was to consider a system that comes with a 10-year warranty, which I appreciated. After completing the necessary documentation, Jason was on his way. Overall, the entire experience was simple, professional, and stress-free. I would definitely recommend Jason and the entire crew at Simple Action Air Conditioning to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable, and professional AC service. Great job, Jason!   Great service. Jason was responsive, knowledgeable, explained everything carefully and provided us with great information about our unit. He did an amazing job. The company was very responsive and fast since not having AC in Florida in the summer months is brutal. Thanks again!
