- JJJoAug 18, 20265.0Dear Robert E., Thank you for helping us replace the disgusting old carpet in our office and guest bedroom. That thing was a health hazard and I am so thrilled to be rid of it. Patrick and Victor arrived this morning around 9:15, which was perfect for our schedule. They were both very personable and professional. I think they're a good reflection on your company. In no time at all, the carpet went out and the floor came in. We 're very happy with our product choice. It goes beautifully with our existing tile and looks even nicer than we imagined. Patrick and Victor cleaned up all of the scraps and packaging and put the furniture back where it belonged. They left everything neat and tidy. Patrick took the time to review the paperwork with Les before he left, which was much appreciated. Capitol made upgrading our flooring easy and carefree, from walking into the showroom and picking our product, to opening the door this morning to let Patrick and Victor in. And at a very reasonable price! I had a great experience with Capitol when I bought my first house in PGA National in 1996, and another great experience today.
