  I would never recommend this company for anything. I’ve spent over $10,000 for Air conditioning systems for my home. I purchased a split system for my mother-in-law suite in the main system for my Main house. They installed the split system first in a newly redecorated and remodeled space with clean paint and new floors everything. The installer they sent installed the system incorrectly and water came through my ceilings Damaging the newly painted ceilings, leaving watermarks. The next day I called the company and explained to them what was happening and they sent another technician. That technician informed us that the entire system was installed in properly and was just pouring water through our ceiling. They did get it fixed and got the system working, but never mentioned paying for the damage to the ceiling or fixing the damage to the ceiling. Three years later, the entire system is not working. I paid for a warranty, and was under the understanding that the parts and the system itself was warranted for 10 years. We call the Platt And explain to them the system is not working. They send another technician that in my opinion isn’t properly trained to repair the system. The tech finishes and then leaves a bill for $330. We pay the invoice and send them on his way. We go back once he’s gone 30 minutes And the air conditioning is not working still. So we call Platt back and tell them that the system isn’t working.. We explained to him that we have documents stating we have warranties on the new systems that we purchased. It took 6 calls. For them to finally get the part and schedule a person to come and install a warranted part. The technician comes out takes about 1 hour to install no cost manufactures part . The technician comes leaves a $1304.00 invoice for a hours work!!! We called the owner and he proceeds to mansplain to my wife, who owns a commercial construction business and a 30 year old security and camera system company why he can charge !$1300.00 an hour!!!!! I have never once posted a complaint about business ever

  We have had our AC/Heat serviced with Platt for several years and they always provide excellent service . I know they have been really busy with Hurricane Milton , but when my AC thermostat broke , they came out the very next morning. My technician was Dalton. He was polite and extremely competent. He was able to install my new smart thermostat and help me get on line (I don't have the highest tech skills lol). My house is cool and I am a very happy and appreciative customer.
