  HIGHLY recommend! For starters, the owner, Phil Matthews, is friendly and knowledgeable. I haven’t had a transaction go this smoothly in a very long time! Keleb and Randy performed my install. They were friendly, respectful, hardworking and efficient. Thanks for the exceptional customer service experience!

  Mathews heating & air were very quick & prompt to respond to my air conditioning problem .A part had to be ordered ( but still on warranty) in order to fix my unit’s problem.The company responded quickly every time I left a message inquiring about the part expected arrival & replacement time .A very experienced technician named Keleb Williams was sent to my home for the installation / repair of my AC unit along with/ a new tech in training named Randy..They both were very courteous & polite . Keleb kept me informed of everything that was needed to be replaced & showed me the problem areas/ parts that had gone bad .He was very courteous to keep me informed how much time it would take until completion w/ updates as he was making repairs.I generally have had nice repair technicians in the past but Keleb was absolutely the most courteous, informative, and instructive technicians that I have had . He is certainly an assent to his company .He was not one of those techs trying to rush w/ repairs , but one working to make sure everything was completed correctly & in correct working order .He took the time to check that the unit was cooling down properly before leaving regardless of the fact that his wife was going into labor!!! ( she called during the repair to let him know about her labor starting status) .Keleb is the kind of technician that you would want any time you have a problem or need a repair!
