  Glen, the technician answered my call immediately and responded to my home promptly when he told me and fixed the problem without hesitation. I would recommend one hour heating and air-conditioning. The price was what they told me. It’s so nice to have a company answer the phone promptly and fix the problem in the hot Florida weather. Not to mention, I had just come home the night prior to no heat.

  I got a whole new system and was extremely impressed with how the crew worked together efficiently and all were very cordial and polite. Ian was replacing fuses they didn’t have the other day. He is so helpful and a good person to represent the company.

  Both techs were very polite and very careful around the house. They cleaned up after themselves by sweeping which was nice to see.

  Scheduled online Thursday evening and Drew was here the next morning. Very quickly diagnosed the problem and checked the system over for any other problems. My thanks to Drew Reedy, and the team at One Hour for a job well done!
