  I’ve known Unique Flooring for several years now and have completed multiple projects with them over time. Nelson and his team have always been very professional, punctual, and consistent in delivering high-quality installations. Communication is always clear and easy, which makes the entire process smooth and efficient. It’s rare to find a company that combines reliability, craftsmanship, and great customer service the way they do. I highly recommend Unique Flooring and appreciate the great work Nelson continues to provide.

  It has been an absolute pleasure working with Nelson from the moment I stopped by the showroom. He was so friendly and helpful as I made my selection with my new flooring. I was so happy to support local and he really made sure this project was perfect! Jay and Charlie did such an incredible job on the installation, truly one of the nicest jobs anyone has ever done on our house (and we’ve had a lot of work done which makes their craftsmanship stand out even more). I highly recommend Unique Flooring for your project and I’m looking forward to working with Nelson again on upcoming home renovations!

  November, 2022: We first looked at big box stores. Then Unique was referred by work colleagues, and we liked what we saw in their homes. Nelson is a great, solid guy, and a veteran to boot! His luxury vinyl installer, Gerry, also a vet, was amazing--great, caring craftsmanship. We loved what they did upstairs this year, so are inviting them back to do downstairs after the new year, SUPPORT LOCAL! March, 2023: My second review, return customer. Last year, Unique Flooring put in Southwind Harbor Plank LVT upstairs. Yesterday they completed Happy Floors porcelain downstairs--AMAZING work. Truly expert craftsmanship--single unified pattern throughout house, perfectly level, straight lines--exactly what you would expect. The installer Yasnovy has a good eye for detail and recommended some changes to improve our design. His crew also were amazingly kind and meticulous. They took extra time and care--vacuuming and mopping at beginning and end of each day, taking great care in moving large piece of furniture back and forth. I expected quality work and they greatly exceeded expectations. Nelson is so knowledgeable and is great to work with. Top that all off with reasonable competitive pricing!
