  We were referred to Window World by our very informe, knowing and trusted neighbors/friends. They were so impressed of how Window World stands behind their product. We were so impressed with Bruce from the moment he texted us an hour before to make sure we were all good with the appointment and to let us know he was looking forward to meeting us. He was like a friend coming over with a wealth of knowledge to help us make the the best choice for us and a kind patient demeanor to make us feel comfortable through the entire process. Through Bruce we have gained trust in Window World.

  Contacted Window World and Craig came out next day to give us an estimate. Had him return the next day to sign contract. Fair price and professional service by Craig. Carefully explained all paperwork. Definitely easy to deal with!

  Ever since installation, I have always found Window World to offer excellent customer service. Recently, we had our windows washed and by mistake the cleaners removed the stickers with the serial #'s. I called and spoke with Melissa Shuler at window world and within 2 hours I had an email from her with all the serial #'s for the 17 windows we had replaced 6 years ago.

  Scott, the final detail installer from Window World was awesome! He had a screen to install and all the final fastener covers. He noticed an issue with the screen, pointed it out to us, then did a wonderful job of correcting it on the spot. No need to run back to the shop or anything. Scott was very professional and walked us through all his work when he was done to make sure we saw all the detailed care he put into finishing up the post-inspection work. A great experience all around with Window World and all at a great price!

  I needed 2 dormer windows 🪟 because the one above my bedroom leaks during vicious storms. I called customer service to see if they could send someone out to my house to look at what they could do to help. Tony was sent out and he was a really nice guy ( and former Air Force veteran like me) and showed me the mini display model and how it is built and insulates against heat transfer and is built well I told him that I wish I would have known about WINDOW WORLD before I bought my 3 big Andersen custom windows. Not only was the customer service and the financing process horrendous at times with Andersen - but it took them close to a YEAR to build them and then to finally get them installed! I could have bought at least (4) windows with the lifetime warranty for the price of ONE of the custom Andersen windows 🪟 I'm still not sure if I'm going to get them from Window world for my 2 fake dormer windows, mostly because I'm not sure if I need the high quality construction up there. And they charge extra for custom colors ( besides white) to better match my mocha brown Andersen big windows, but the experience with Tony was a pleasant one and he earned my trust. When I finally get around to replacing my other bigger ( non) fake windows, Window World and Tony will be at the TOP of my list !
