  The EXZART’s CREW did a wonderful job from beginning to end. They covered the floors and some of the furniture and cleaned up. They we're very neat and very professional. Also, they explained how to operate the windows and also the appointment looking inspections and detail. Thank you Annette and Steven Vasquez

  I could not be more happy with my Window World experience. The sales team did a fantastic job explaining the benefits of the product without trying to "oversell" me on upgrades I didn't want. The windows were ready on time and communication was excellent. The installation of 23 windows took place in a single day. This included scaffolding to a second story bonus room. Ricardo and his team were extremely professional and took great care inside of my home. Tarps and visqueen plastic covering was used to protect my furniture and decor from construction dust. After the work was completed, the crew did an exceptional job cleaning up before leaving. I would gladly recommend this company and crew to anyone looking for new windows.

  I cannot say enough good things about Ricardo and his crew from Window World of Ormond Beach! From the moment they arrived, they were professional, courteous, and incredibly hardworking. They took great care with our home and worked efficiently while maintaining outstanding attention to detail. The installation of our new windows was completed flawlessly. Ricardo and his team clearly take pride in their craftsmanship, and it shows in the quality of their work. They answered all of our questions, kept the work area clean throughout the project, and made sure everything was completed to perfection before leaving. The new windows look absolutely fantastic and have completely transformed the appearance of our home. It's refreshing to find a crew that is not only skilled but also respectful, friendly, and dedicated to customer satisfaction. If you're considering new windows, I highly recommend Window World of Ormond Beach and especially Ricardo and his crew. They exceeded our expectations in every way and delivered a first-class installation experience. Five stars all the way!

  Scott came out to assess a situation we were having with one of our windows. First of all, I want to point out how patient Scott was. He listened to my concerns and did not over-talk me. He was very kind and knowledgeable. He was able to see the issues right away and more. He took photographs and notated everything. We are very pleased with the service Scott provided.

  From our first call in mid-March, follow up calls every 2 weeks thereafter, until the window replaced in late June, the process was slow. However, the 2 repair/replacement visits by the repairman, James, were great. He was timely, professional, and thorough. Had we not continued to follow up with calls to check on the progress, not sure the issues would have been fixed. Not a lot of confidence on the service call side. A lot of confidence in the repairman.
