She took the time to explain everything in detail about the products and never once made me feel rushed on the phone. Her voice was so warm and friendly, and you could genuinely tell she cared and truly loved helping people. Customer service like that is hard to find these days. Highly recommend working with Kate J — she made the entire experience smooth, stress-free, and pleasant from start to finish!

They helped me initiate a sign up that had some initial set backs, but they worked thru it for me and I was able to rent a much needed motorized pallet jack I needed that day desperately. I also would like to convey my complete pleasure working with your yard man George! George made sure I had a complete understanding of all the equipment functions and proper loading and unloading procedures. Thanks George for taking the time with me it made for a safe pick and load back at my shop. George your professionalism and attention to detail along with your up beat personality made my rental experience with your yard a 5 star!
