  Hello I spoke with Dave , who phoned me before getting to my house and then did an analysis. Since the leak is intermittent. The water source could not be determined. But I spoke with Dave extensively and he did check and verify as much as he could and offered to return when the leak was active. It apparently was a leak from the slab, but that was the layman's diagnosis. So he is competent and did the job, unfortunately the leak is intermittent which is a problem for diagnosis with mechanical things, cars etc. When he arrived everything was dry as a bone and he did check for water marks in the A/C and did in house tests to try to reproduce the leak and check the water meter also for evidence. I would recommend this company for your plumbing , leaking problems. I can only give a 4 Star since from my side I still have a leak problem and will have to wait for it to reappear.

  The Tech that came out was great, he arrived earlier that the appointment window, and used the high tech equipment to find a leak. Was very friendly, and explained everything so well a child could understood exactly what he was talking about. Highly recommend this tech and the company, this is the 2nd time we have used this company and will definitely use again.

  David came to my home today. He was very professional from the moment he pulled into the driveway. David explained to me what he was going to do. And then. commenced his diagnosis of my Plumbing system. The reason I called leak doctors out is because my. floor in my living room was buckling up and it was made of bamboo and. I was checking to see if I had a leak under my slab. David went through every. plumbing fixture in my home and checked for leaks with a leak detector. and we found no noise of a leak happening and we checked it from the well pump all the way into the house, including the exterior hose bibs, all the bathrooms. kitchen. and showers and we did not show a leak. But the question was why was my floor moist and buckling up in different parts of the home? And this is a wood floor. The answer to the diagnosis was that there was moisture getting between the wood and the wood barrier that was on the floor on the bamboo portion of the floor And there was moisture getting between the moisture barrier that was glued to the concrete. and the teak floor. and it was coming up in areas that were uncommon to any plumbing fixtures near. this is an issue of just simple moisture between the flooring and the barrier. And this floor has been down for 27 years. I am glad that there was no plumbing leaks under the floor that caused this. But we will have to replace some wood in the floor to. patch places that the wood has buckled up. So if anybody has this problem and thinks they have a slab leak this. could be your problem too. Good job Dave.

  If you like being taken advantage of and you enjoy horrible customer service who will treat you unfairly, then The Leak Doctor is who you should call. The tech failed to find the true source of our irrigation leak, and it cost me over $1,000 of unnecessary repairs by an irrigation company. After the initial $375 charge by The Leak Doctor,, they said I would have to pay an additional $225 for a senior technician to come out. I had no choice but to pay, however when the senior technician found the actual leak within 20 minutes, I realized if they had sent him originally I would not have needed to pay the additional $225. (Or the $1,000 for needless repairs). I felt I was being penalized for the incompetence of the first tech. I complained to Hunter who was about as compassionate and understanding as a concrete post. I asked to speak with George Surry, the owner, and Hunter said she would have him call me. After a week of no phone called, I called the office and was told George was out of the office but she would have him call me - it never happened. I have spent 40 years in the customer service industry, so I feel qualified to recognize unacceptable customer service treatment. If I could rate them a negative star, I would. And even that would be generous.
