  I was given an earlier arrival window than the one originally scheduled. The capacitor of the outdoor Carrier A/C unit was repaired. Mud was cleaned from the duct and vent. The Technician was friendly and efficient.

  Clarence and his partner were faced with a difficult install because of the limited space available to work with. They were very calm and assured me they would figure it out. And they did. They were friendly and pleasant to deal with.

  Rinaldi’s is a true family owned business that has been around for decades and really cares about its employees and the services they provide. The tech who did my maintenance, Josh, fully exemplified this. Josh was extremely knowledgeable and very very friendly. You could tell he enjoyed doing his job and he was fantastic at it. Josh answered all of my questions and fully explained in detail how my system works and the importance of maintenance. I would highly recommend Rinaldi’s to anyone.

  Service technicians were outstanding. A new unit was required and was purchased and installed quickly. The unit malfunctioned after several hours and a technician came out at night to resolve the issue. We were able to purchase a unit that meet our needs and was not advised to purchase a more expensive unit than was unnecessary. Rinaldi has been our choice of air conditioning service for years and has always been top notch.

  Rinaldi's service tech, Alan, was incredibly courteous and fully explained to me the servicing he provided for me today. He replaced my filter for me while I had it out but neglected to do so myself. I'm glad that he found no issues except that my UV bulb was out, which he quickly replaced. Alan immediately caught himself after walking out the door and made sure my thermostat was reset to my liking. Finally, I appreciate that he thanked me for my military service. Altogether, it took about 1-½ hours to get everything done, so I was glad for his efficient work.
