  Rinaldis has saved our day, week, year! Special thank you to Brendan, Alicia’s and Brandon for their Knowledge, professionalism and doing an incredible job finding and resolving our issues. A bad copper pipe led to some terrible and serious issues and the team resolved those issues in a timely manner. This experience has me with more trust in calling a plumber than I’ve ever had before. I’m calling Rinaldis again if I need a plumber. Easy choice.

  Jordan kept in touch during the whole process and was very professional and knowledgeable about the situation. He was in constant contact with the office and explained what was going on.The office was right on top of everything and the situation will be resolved today. An amazing company to work with. If you need electrical, plumbing or AC give them a call. Highly recommend.

  I was so pleased to find a company the exceeded my expectations. It is a rarity for sure. Zachary, our technician was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. I'll be hiring Rinaldi's to exchange my entire system very soon. I owe them a huge "thank you" for helping in my time of need. Two more things! Their communication is impeccable and their pricing is honest and fair. Save yourself worry, just call them first!

  A/C Mechanic addressed a couple of issues I had about the Goodman system we had installed, right away, to my satisfaction. Then he got to work checking the system out from A to Z, even checked our duct work in the attic! Very thorough and professional throughout the maintenance check. I highly recommend Rinaldi's for all your air-conditioning needs. Very satisfied!

  It was early evening on a Florida summer Friday night in August (i.e., hotter than he..l) when our downstairs AC unit stopped cooling. I called Rainaldi and they responded a little later that evening. Khalil arrived and thoroughly checked everything out (he had to work outside in the dark using his flashlight - bless his heart)! He got our AC working and it's cool once more in our home. Love a tech who knows what he is doing! After he left, he texted us a thorough report on what he did and recommendations of a couple of other things that should be taken care of as part of routine maintenance. He even included photos of the parts he was referring to in his recommendations. Khalil was polite, respectful, and meticulous. We have used Rainaldi AC several times over the last 35 years in this very house. They have ALWAYS given us great service! Thank you, Khalil and Rainaldi. Updated 8/13/2026 : We continue to be very pleased with Rainaldi. They show up very quickly after we call. The technicians are well qualified and helpful. Their customer service is outstanding! Updated 8/14/2026: Ryan C. came to our home to discuss installation of a new heat exchanger and heat pump. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. Ryan was professional, friendly, and personable. He gave us the options available and fully explained the differences and similarities between the units as well as the costs of each. Ryan made this decision painless. It was a pleasure working with him!
