  I called 3 other companies before I got ahold of RAINALDI’S!!!! I can’t tell you how glad I am that I was able to get RAINALDI’S !!! I first met Sherrie who treated me with respect and that CAN DO attitude that I love! She heard the desperation in my voice and was determined to help me out that very same day!!! Which she did!! In a matter of less than an hour I had a very qualified and courteous technician at my house!! Matt was able to survey what I needed and gave me the quote in just minutes!! Matt was so friendly and professional and before I knew it my problem was completely solved!!! Thank you to the RAINALDI’S Team! If I could give you 10 stars I would!! Don’t waste your time calling anyone else, just call RAINALDI’S!!!

  Jeremy has gone above and beyond the call of duty. He ensured customer education, he was quick, knowledgeable, professional and dedicated to the complex job assigned to him. He came out twice to our home while following up on his day off, showing dedication and relentlessness. Jeremy was also very personable and approachable. Jeremy is a gem of an employee, very skilled in his craft and a high performer. Feeling very grateful to have been assigned to Jeremy for our complicated AC issue.

  I had a leak coming from my upstairs bathroom. I looked on Google for a plumbing company that I could trust that would do the work correctly and not be over pricing. I found Ranaldi and gave them a call. The customer service was great. They got someone out to my house within a couple of hours. They kept me updated with who was coming pictures of the the tech and the time of there arrival to my home. Michael, Justin, Hunter all came out and evaluated the situation and explained to me what needed to be done and if another tech would need to be involved. Chris was the final tech that came out and fixed the issue. All the techs had excellent customer service from the moment they stepped in the house. Chris was the final tech that came out and fixed the issue. I explained to him what was happening and he then took the time to walk through and inspect and check everything. Once he confirmed what the issue was he made the repair in a timely manner and made sure everything was clean and neat once he was done. He explained to me the work that was done and what I need to do to follow up of there was any issues. Great job and a big thank you to the Ranaldi Team

  ​I had an emergency water situation that forced me to shut off my main line, leaving the whole house without water. I called around 7:00 PM and the receptionist was incredibly friendly and efficient. Almost immediately, I got a call from Matt, the technician, who promised to be there in 30 minutes—and he was! ​Matt was transparent, professional, and walked me through the entire issue and my repair options. He worked straight through the nightfall to ensure my water was back on before he left. If you need a reliable plumber who actually shows up when things go wrong, this is the place to call. Highly recommend!
