Justin was great. He was prompt, professional, respectful, and through. Our plumbing problem was solved quickly. We have used Rainaldis for years; plumbing and air conditioning. Also, it was very nice of Teresa, to call back and check on things, us. She was the first person I spoke with that morning, and I mentioned it had been stressful a stressful month due to a death in the family.

Our experience with Rainaldi, and more specifically our technician Cash, was overall wonderful. They were extremely fast in meeting our needs, were very friendly, and very fair pricing. Cash was absolutely excellent. Really enjoyed his honesty and recommendations putting the customer first in all situations. Also thank you Bernie (sorry if I spelled your name wrong!) for being so friendly and helping with everything on the admin and scheduling side prioritizing us way faster than we expected for non-emergency work.

I am happily typing this review after my first hot shower in several days. Alberto Guzman was our service tech today. He did an amazing job! Our hot water heater stopped working on Tuesday but I couldn’t be home to have it looked at until today. I really wanted a solution where I didn’t have to wait for replacement parts. Alberto presented all of our options including pricing. He also explained which options had lead time for ordering and what could be done the same day. We chose to replace the hot water heater. Alberto drove to Orlando to pick it up, drove back and installed it all in the same day. The installation looks clean and professional. Alberto was respectful and professional. I wish we had Rainaldi Home Services install our last hot water heater 3 years ago. Rainaldi, you have earned our future business.

Justin West was the technician who came out to our house. He explained everything thoroughly and went above and beyond what we expected. We have lived here over 25 years and used several plumbers for this same issue, but have never had any one else do the work he did. They would have done their minimal work, said all is good, billed us and left. Not Justin! I highly recommend him and Devon, who also came out with a camera and checked inside out plumbing system. Thumbs up! 5 Stars! Thanks Renaldi Plumbing for making long lasting customers.

I had an excellent experience using this company. We had an unknown water leak and they came out the same day to do leak detection. Chris Ashcraft was the technician and he was the best. Figured out the primary leak almost at once and was able to do the repair on the spot. He also detected a smaller secondary leak in our lawn sprinkler system He was delightful, professional and knew his stuff. I think they might be a tad pricey but i saw huge value in the experience. I will definitely use them again!
