Have you had issues with a decrease in water pressure? I know I have and it had become so bad that if one of us were in the shower, there’s no way someone else would have enough water pressure to take a shower at the same time, wash dishes, laundry, or use the hose outside. Well, I called the City of Clermont, who came out immediately to run a pressure check and they found that my water pressure started at 70psi but then drastically dropped to 40psi. So, the guy told me the most likely culprit was the pressure release valve (PRV) and that a plumber would have to assist with the repair. So, I called a plumber and sure enough, he confirmed that mine was in bad shape. It was leaking and had moss growing all around it and in it (pics attached). He recommended replacing the PRV and the main shutoff as it was leaking as well, so I agreed to replacing both, and I’ll warn you, it wasn’t cheap, but man was it worth it!! The job took 1-2 hours but now, we have amazing water pressure! Before, when taking a shower, the water sorta drizzled out and now it’s got great pressure and actually enjoyable. Same when it comes to washing my vehicles. Before, it would start with a strong blast and immediately fizzle to just spewing out. Now, it has constant water pressure and is blasting away! The gentleman that came to my house was very knowledgeable and has been in plumbing for 30 years and did a fantastic job! If you’re having water pressure issues like me and want that resolved, call Rainaldi and ask for Michael Cash. Also, for reference, there’s a $50 coupon on their website for plumbing services that you can apply. Hope this helps one or more of you!

Had an incredible experience with Eric O as my AC technician! He was very friendly, courteous, and respectful during the time he spent at my property. He was very thorough and diagnosed my AC leak problem quickly and implemented a new drain line solution with great care and expertise! I absolutely recommend Rainaldi and will be using their services again in the future!

I want to thank Jonathan coming to check our ac unit. Unlike the other technicians I had I. The past. Jonathan took great initiative to fully inspect our ac unit both inside and outside. We had a previous issue with our UV box that previous technician ignored and assured that it was working. Jonathan did the right thing and changed our UV box to ensure that It worked properly. He also found a capacitor that was starting to fail and replaced it. Overall I am greatly satisfied with Jonathan’s service. He did an amazing job.

Jose Arroyo came to repair the main line of the house that was leaking 1/2 GPM. He did a quick inspection and went straight to find the leak. He was professional, honest and effective. He also provided feedback on how to follow up with the county to get some credit back. These unexpected emergencies are always hard on the pocket but I paid less than I was expecting considering it is a major company in town that responded fast to my request.

Every part of the process had issues. You have to be a SME, Subject Matter Expert, to make sure you get what you want and more importantly, don't get screwed. We had Rainaldi install a slightly larger then needed new York 4 ton unit with all new ducting. We also installed new insulation in the attic. I wasn't told about better higher end A/C unit options and looking back I really wish we chose a salesman that knew about A/C systems. Every single aspect of the project has been a serious disappointment: They tried to rip us off for the 24k, The salesman didn't want to upgrade the supple box and vents, The 120.00 for the Rinaldi (not RAINALDI) tech, The 4 weeks that I had to be the project manager for the ceiling repair, The 2 moving cool units set up & removal, The 80.00 for the 2 different techs to NOT solve anything, The 450.00 for the bedroom moving cool that I didn't need, and all the time spent dealing with unnecessary issues/phone calls. I do not recommend using them and will not use them again even for warranty work. 1) The salesman did his best to over-charge us at 24k. We balked and an hour later he came down to 18.5k. 2) The salesman complaining to the installers about adding a larger air return intake and 2 new return air vents. I guess the extra work came out of his commission? The installers told me that the 4 ton system would have never worked to its potential without the larger intake. It appears that the salesman was trying to screw us again. 3) The installers did a really great job but unfortunately the blew through the bathrooms sun light tunnel. Rainaldi's scheduled sub contractor no-called no-showed 3 times. After the 3rd time I called the salesman about the repair, he complained that I he has nothing to do with the repair. I guess he got his commission and was done with it. Apparently there was a foreman for the project but he never checked-in or followed-up. After me complaining, Rainaldi finally got another sub to repair the ceiling @ 3-4 weeks after the job was finished. 4) During hurricane Ian the storm burned up all 3 motherboards. I accidentally called "Rinaldi" for the repair because the installers and salesman didn't leave a sticker on the unit that stated Rainaldi. WHO KNEW!!! That cost me 120.00 for nothing. 5)The salesman never mentioned installing a surge protector to protect the 3 mother boards. Turned out the surge protector was a 100.00 upcharge. For the cost of a probably 50.00 dollar piece, Rainaldi had to cover the cost of 3 new boards and the labor for a very inexpensive protection part. As well as leave us sweltering in the heat while we waited weeks for the new boards. 6) After we sweltered for a while, I demanded a couple of moving cool units. The delivery guy showed up and just complained about not getting a promotion and left. I was left installing the unit's ducting through the windows and taping up the seams. After the motherboard repairs Rainaldi kept forgetting to pick up the 2 very large moving cools and ducting. After a couple months I told them I was going to leaving them on the porch and if they were missing I assumed they had picked them up. They were gone the next day. 7) During very hot months the York 4 ton unit would only cool the house to 77-80f in the evenings and wouldn't get below 73 at night. I paid 80.00 to have the 2 separate Rainaldi techs come out and diagnose any issues. The 1st one found an old 3rd filter in a sneaky secret filter slot. This helped a little by bringing the temps down to @ 75-77f in the evening. The 2nd tech found zero issues but called the salesman to come out and quote a mini split unit for the bedroom. 8) The same salesman tried to sell me a middle of the road mini split installed for 6k!! We ended up buying a 450.00 moving cool from Lowes and installed it ourselves in our bedroom. 9) After another week of evenings @ 77f It dawned on me that the 1st 2 supply vents off the system were routed for my shop in the garage. I closed them down and now the house is cooling to our desired temp. No help from the "PROFESSIONALS".
