  I called Rainaldi called Rainaldi on Sunday for a main drain clog. I was surprised that they were able to take my call on Sunday and schedule me for Monday morning. I have to say after a bad experience with Roto Rooter on a similar issue, this experience was quite the opposite. I really appreciate the great communication, the issue resolved quickly, not to mention the follow up by another tech who used a camera to make sure that the issue was resolved as well as the fair price. If I had to call a plumbing company Rainaldi would be my first choice.

  Wonderful service provider! From the beginning to end, everyone we interacted with was extremely professional, friendly, and empathetic to the situation we were dealing with. Our tech Devon was superb- he was extremely knowledgeable, communicative about next steps, and had the problem resolved quickly. We really appreciated the same day service given going into a holiday weekend, and they will definitely be our go to provider in the future!

  Jeremy from Rainaldi was fantastic! Was with me every step of the way working through my home warranty company which they usually don’t do. So he went above and beyond in every step of the way. I highly recommend him if you can get him for your tech, you won’t be disappointed.. He went out of his way for everything! 10 Stars!! Jeremy and Rainaldi are on my go to list!

  After thoroughly researching for plumber services, as I have been stung before, Rainaldi was the one that stood out to me. I called the company & spoke to Christine, who was professional & polite & informed me of what to expect. I explained my plumbing issue, no water pressure to most of the house. I was fortunate that a technician was in my area & came to my home within an hour. Jesse was great! After a few checks he immediately knew what my problem was, the water softener! After explaining my options & then also noted them so I had it in writing, I decided on disconnecting my softener. Jesse was able to do that for me in the same visit whilst also fitting a new valve. The price for this service was definitely reasonable. From start to finish, the whole procedure was transparent. I wasn’t pressurized into anything I didn’t want & was given the choice of a few options. Thanku Rainaldi!

  My AC was broken. My home had become Mordor. Languishing in a salty puddle of my own sweat, I knew death was close. But then, Eric O. pulled in to the driveway in his Rainaldi van. Salvation had arrived in the form of an upbeat professional. In less then an hour cool air streamed through my home's vents once more and I knew I would live to see tomorrow. But seriously, Eric O. was great. Kudos to that guy for being kind and for knowing his stuff. Pay him more.
