  We were informed of a possible mold issue at our rental property. Another mold inspection/remediation company that performed an inspection for us recommended Dillon for a 2nd opinion. Dillon immediately responded to our inspection request (late on a Friday which was completely unexpected), scheduled inspection for Tuesday, and even showed up early!!! Inspection report with lab test results received the next day – WOW! Then he followed up to ask if we had questions about results. This level of service – these days – is almost unheard of! Very impressed and appreciate Dillon’s diligence/work ethic. Keep it up, Dillon – you are going to be VERY successful wherever your path leads you 😊

  I would recommend Quality Mold Services for a mold evaluation. We are in the process of purchasing a new home, and during the home inspection we noticed water dripping from the valve to the washer unit in the W/D room. Evidently, when the washer was removed (we are not sure when this occurred) the valve had a slow leak to it. Our inspector placed a cap on the valve to stop the flow of water. We reached out to Dillon Fralix that evening, and he adjusted his schedule, to meet us at the unit the next day. Dillon ran some sample, and forwarded them to the lab for a prompt review-We had a short timeline to either accept the contract or back away. Dillon provided us with the test results, and gave us guidance on suggested next steps. This includes a mold remediation process. Dillon was highly professional, and provided timely service to enable us to move forward with our decision. Thanks again Dillon!

  Dillon was wonderful to work with. Very professional, extremely efficient and definitely priced fairly. He was attentive and addressed all of our concerns. He also went out of his way to explain the findings. It's nice to know that we have good reputable companies to work with that care about the customer, and Quality Mold Solutions is one of them!
