- JCJoel Cramer5 days ago5.0Mike provided extremely fast and efficient service. Not only did he show up on time, he was 15 min early! Comprehensive communication and explanation of all services performed and directions for routine maintenance. The invoice was superbly documented with photos and a video! Cannot recommend Mike highly enough. He will be our go-to for all plumbing.
- FPFabio PosadaSep 28, 20265.0This plumber, Mike! Was good at his job and a good person. I would recommend him to anyone! Thank you for sending him, he was a blessing! Thank you for not overcharging me. I’m happy with the work.
- HRHillery ReidSep 15, 20265.0Technician Michael is a nice young man, polite and efficient. Got down to work. Explained what happened to the heater and why it failed. I have hot water again! Once again Michael’s Plumbing came through quickly without delay and was responsive to my problem less than 24 hours after I contacted you. Excellent service all around. Thanks as usual…. Hillery R

He took the time to clearly explain what was needed and I really appreciated his honesty, attention to detail, and commitment to doing the job right. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy plumber!
- RWRoisin WongSep 11, 20265.0Amazing customer service, we have used them for both emergency leak situations and planned maintenance and the response and explanation for everything is beyond any other plumbing company experience. They are responsive, respectful of your home, punctual, clean and friendly. They offered different options with different costs and explanations for each one both short term and long term, no pressure or time constraints for choosing what worked best for us. Would highly recommend using them for any plumbing needs.
