  ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL WORK. I had an emergency main water break on a Friday evening, 30 minutes before I had to leave for work. They were at my home within a couple of hours and had everything fixed so quickly. They were extremely kind and understanding with greag communication. 10 outta 10 work, will always go to them and highly recommend.

  Briton Brown was fantastic and would highly recommend as a tech. Asked the right questions on what was just a normal septic tank clean out and diagnosed and solved a potential future problem that would have been undetected. Also, quick to schedule and prompt communication. Absolutely recommend. (Not an AI posting either)

  I have been a long time Lapin Customer. Last week, in the middle of a rain storm, I called Lapin for service as my toilets had stopped working. I called about noon and they were at my door 1 hour later. I was blown away with the response. Within 2 hours I was back up and running. And they did this in the rain. I would never call another company for my septic needs. I am a customer for life.

  My husband was the one to put in the call and the team came out the very next day. We needed out septic system drained and we actually didn't know where it was located. The first guy couldn't find it on the 1st day but then the crew that came through next day had no issues and it was buried deep! They checked our drainage field and ensured everything looked good and then came back to install a riser to boot. Not only that but they sent us a cheque because we slightly overpaid and didn't realise. True honest company and the only business we will trust with our septic system from now on. Great price and solid local team. Don't hesitate to give them a call!

  These folks are fantastic. I have a older home on septic and was having issues with bugs in the house, presumably coming up through drainage pipe. Called Lapin after their construction side successfully replace my drain fields in 2023, and they sent - Jose M., Bryce B. and Marvin D. out figure out what was going on. Jose and Bryce thoroughly reviewed all drains in the house, opened the drain pipe an camera scoped the branch lines and main line leading out to the septic. They told me step by step what they'd like to do, what the problem could be, and where they'd start. After completing jetting of the drains and the pumping of the septic, they came back to me and said the situation looks better than originally thought. They didn't try to sell me a bunch of extras, they didn't say you still this and that, they said - everything now looks in great shape and if you need us, call us back and we'll come out. That is what being for the customer is about. Not price gouging. Appreciate their hard work, attention to detail, thorough clean up post completion of the job and willingness to come back out if there are any issues. Call Lapin first. Fair price, quality work, good technicians and customer focused. Appreciate the team they sent.
