Yulian came out to pump our septic tank and he was awesome! Very knowledgeable, respectful, and got the job done quick. I had a ton of questions because we’ve been having drain field issues and he was so helpful. I’d definitely hire Lapin again and I just might after I get a drain field quote.

Septic pump failed late Thursday afternoon 3 July. After calling other septic services and being placed on hold for over 30 minutes I looked up other providers and settled on Lapin Services. I requested an appointment online and within 15 minutes a representative called to confirm an appointment for Monday 6 July between 0800 - 1200
At 9:15 I received a text that the service rep, Andrew Cessna, was on his way.
Andrew arrived before 9:30 and after a brief discussion about what was happening Andrew began working and investigating what was happening and why the pump was shorting out. He removed the pump, tested and explained what was happening. Andrew gave me an estimate to replace the pump and once I approved the work he replaced the pump and associated pump floats.
Andrew was professional and worked efficiently replacing the pump, testing to verify full operation and cleaned up the site very well
When I called to schedule a septic pump out, it was quick and easy, very respectful and responsive. Scheduled me for the following day first thing. Technician arrived alone and I said “where’s your partner? It’s just you?”. The technician was unaware that my septic tank was older, underground with concrete lids. He was obviously annoyed with the situation. The technician said that I (the homeowner” should have told the office when I called what kind of system I had, because then they would have sent two technicians. After a while the technician tells me that there may be an additional charge of 80 dollars called a “deep dig” fee. I understood that this was not on the technician, so I called customer service and explained the situation. Suggesting that during the initial call, it’s on the vendor or contractor to obtain pertinent information. I did not omit anything. I was never asked. I believed that this was an error on Lapin for not doing due diligence. Customer service was willing to hear me and worked with me to resolve this matter, waiving the deep dig fee. Back to the technician, it was a good bit of work for one guy, especially with the heat and humidity. He did what needed to be done, he also informed me of the issues with my tank and how it is severely failing. All in all not a terrible experience. Price is average and I’m sure had he have had help, it would have been done sooner. I’d most likely use Lapin again.

Awesome awesome awesome is how I would describe the interaction between Gary Foy and myself.
His knowledge of the industry, preliminaries, and services were very important and helpful for us to understand and determine which way to go for sewer, septic, drain fields, approximately how much and how big is needed for our property.
I’ll give this guy an A+
We’re heading in the right direction,,, Finally!
Briton came out today to pump our septic tank after we continued having issues following a pump-out by another company last month. He was incredibly thorough and took the time to inspect the entire system, including uncovering the second access lid, which the previous septic company had not done for us.
He explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and gave us valuable advice on how to properly maintain our system moving forward. He went above and beyond by thoroughly flushing the system and showing us what to look for to determine whether everything was functioning properly.
Gary has been extremely helpful as well, taking the time to discuss whether a drainfield replacement is necessary and even coming back out a second time to make sure we felt informed and taken care of.
