  Our technician Briton Brown did such a great clean out of our septic tank. He took great care and explained everything we need to do to take better care of it. We had waited too long but we'll know better for next time. He was so very nice and did a great job. Our toilets are all flushing good.

  Briton was so polite and professional!!! He maneuvered the truck with precision and was able to get to my system!!! He explained everything and showed me how the system works. This is my first property with a septic tank so I truly appreciate the help learning what needs to be done to keep things flowing properly. I would highly recommend Lapin. Also, when I initially called and spoke to Manny he was also very helpful and polite~Thank You Very Much!!!

  Briton from Lapin was an outstanding. He was knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and efficient. He talked me through the entire process and instructed me on best practices for keeping the septic tank clean. I would recommend Briton and Lapin for anyone needing septic services.

  Briton is amazing. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Hard worker. Listens carefully and gives great and reasonable solutions for your situatiom. He pumped our septic tank. And gave us helpful tips on keeping our system in good shape.

  Erminson and Gary were extremely professional, thorough, and kind. I had just experienced a frustrating situation with another company, and from the very beginning, Dusty took the time to listen and assured me that they would help get the issue resolved. Not only did Erminson and Gary resolve the immediate problem, but they also took the time to evaluate what had gone wrong in the first place and explain it to me. Most importantly, they took care of everything the same day I called. I truly appreciate the professionalism, responsiveness, and care they showed throughout the entire process.
