Big problem came upon me, with no warning. Contacted Iceberg (I'm a return customer from a past home emergency) They sent 'Birt' to diagnose and estimate a repair to my issue. He explained exactly what was happening and gave me the estimate with a handshake promise, to guarantee all and every step. Very next morning (a Sunday) Iceberg dispatched two techs. Abraham & Ernie to dismantle the unserviceable units, then build and reinstall my new A/C unit. Everyone I've ever dealt with through this company has been professional, knowledgeable & has explained to me, every step. I have nothing but great satisfaction & loyalty to/for Iceberg home services.

Was very disrespectful at my home with the tech or 9 years per the manager. This particular techs wants me to have the company give me everything new however I don’t have the funds for that. My Freon is low not empty and after I spoke with the manager he took up for him explaining that he never had a complaint. The tech stated my coils was dirty so he can’t put Freon. However I begin to tell The manager what he said he backed him up and stated the coils in the attic is a liability for the company to take out and remove that customers have burnt them with this. The problem with this is the tech never went in the attic I told him he only went to the outside unit. Besides all of this he never even opened the unit to check the coils. This company left me in 92 degree temperatures because they feel my unit is old. I have been working with them for a few years now after that situation it will not happen again. The customer is not their concern only backing the staff. I got nowhere with this and wish the owner would call me. I should get discriminated against because I don’t have funds for a new unit so if you have an old unit hang it up they will not help You. The tech name is Jorge Lebrone. Oh yes he first walked up to my door and stated I been here before you need a new unit. I proceeded to tell him I only needed a new compositor and fam which my dad fixed for me. He got salty about that I guess. He should never tell a customer that especially when it’s 100 degrees in my home. I called him for another situation he found the problem and decided and responded to me and said “we not doing nothing call your people that fixed the fan and tell them you need your coils cleaned and Freon” remind you the manager that called said it’s against the law to just add Freon to my ac. I hope the owner reads this I have been in my home 11 years and I did have another company come out once and they put Freon in my ac and said nothing about it was against the law. I will like to also add my in laws ac unit was over 20 years old and they just changed it mine it’s about 9 years old.

Erne and Abraham did an amazing job installing my new air conditioner. Abraham introduced himself right away. Erne worked on the outside unit. Abraham worked in the hot attic on the inside unit. He was soaked in sweat from the heat, but he still removed the old unit and installed the new one. He explained every step of the work. Both men were very professional. I love the new system and highly recommend them
