  This has been a terrible.company to work with tecnition Gabrielle did an eval reg my AC is not working. However he did not include the reason for failing on the evaluation so my home inssurancd company is not able to move forward until that info is provided, I have called Iceberg home services 5 times in the last 48 hours and the reps keep taking my info and saying some one will call me back and I am still waiting I have 3 children including a 7 month old in a heated house and the only hone ins needs is a corrected evaluation including the reason for failure. I would not recommend this company to any on the kissimme or poinciana are they are trash

  My A/C had gone out on a Saturday evening and didn’t know who to call it’s hot temperature reaching into the high 90’s my wife and I are senior citizens so I called on a Sunday morning and thought a answering service would answer but they were open. The woman who I spoke to for a while was not a AI but a real person and very polite and she scheduled me for that Sunday afternoon. George had come to the house and found the problem with in minutes and came back into the house to discuss the problem and the price I thought it was a little pricey but what are you going to do do in that situation. The service by George and his great personality had gotten the job done. Just because of the price I rated this 4 stars!!!!

  I scheduled what should have been a simple preventative maintenance visit, and instead my perfectly functioning A/C was damaged by two technicians who clearly had no business working on HVAC equipment. Rather than admitting they caused the problem, they immediately tried to convince me the unit had been failing before they arrived and gave me explanations that made absolutely no sense. It was obvious they either didn’t know what they were doing or were hoping I didn’t. The first two employees who arrived ended up damaging my A/C during the inspection. Rather than taking responsibility, they claimed the unit was already broken and told me my unit was pulling 270 volts, which is inaccurate and immediately raised concerns about their level of knowledge. They then told me I needed to hire an electrician to fix the supposed electrical issue and call them back afterward, even though there was nothing wrong with my electrical system. Instead of diagnosing the actual problem they had just created, they tried to send me down an unnecessary and potentially expensive path. They shut my system off, told me not to turn it back on, and appeared ready to leave without resolving the problem they had created. After speaking with multiple managers, they agreed to send out a certified technician because the first two individuals were not certified. That decision completely changed my experience. The second technician was outstanding. He quickly identified what the first two employees had done, corrected the issue, and had my A/C running perfectly again in about 20 minutes. He was knowledgeable, professional, and clearly experienced. The only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one is because of the second technician. Without him, this would have been a one-star review. I appreciate the company making it right in the end, but sending uncertified personnel to perform maintenance that resulted in damage should never have happened.

  Feel we got screwed because we weren’t there and had people there watching our dogs. .24 hours after coming home felt like something wasn’t right, checked thermostat and saw it was clicked to fan, not cool a/c…. Why was this not checked???? Is this why there was a very costly problem we weren’t there to notice????? We had no options but to trust your worker. No idea why it was on fan, did this cause the problem??? Very disappointed with whole situation when told 3 months ago system did not need rebuild, I have paperwork on last check on system. Was told we needed filter area cleaned and UV light installed. Not happy, feel we were taken advantage of …. Did service guy never question this??? Will be contacting your “Agency” to get answers !!! Sounds like he was BS ing unknowing people, at our large expense because we weren’t there, not happy at all!! No paperwork from work done, will be calling about this !

  Christofer is absolutely PHENOMENAL!!!! He has been to our house many, many times. That is why I asked Christina to schedule him due to he KNOWS OUR HOME AND WE HAVE BUILT A TRUST with Christofer. There was an issue with the filters that went into the reverse osmosis system. Water initially came out black. I am a video producer/director and photographer, not a plumber and this is why once you build trust with someone you stick with them. Christofer came back the next day to educate me on much is all I was asking for and all was well after that. He was on time, professional, courteous, and you could NOT ask for anything else from a professional like him. I have spent over $70,000.00 with this company for improvements my home as I am getting closer to retirement. TRUST, is what it’s all about and THATS what you get from the team at Iceberg. Their Plumbing and HVAC team are second to none!!! If you are considering a company to take care of your A/C needs, plumbing or anything else that they offer, I HIGHLY recommend that you give Iceberg a call. I have used them for over 2 years and with each and every call, they make me truly feel like a VIP!!!!!
