    We spent over $14,000 with Frank Gay for a whole-house plumbing job, and it has been one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had with a company. First, they fought us just to get a copy of our inspection report, which made no sense. Then we had a plumbing issue after the installation that should have been covered under our warranty, yet they tried charging us anyway. Every single step of getting their work corrected has been a battle. Then our A/C stopped working. Frank Gay came out and told us we needed a brand-new compressor for over $3,000. Thankfully, we got a second opinion. The other HVAC company found it was a minor issue that cost around $300 to fix. They also pointed out that Frank Gay had unplugged the compressor. When we confronted Frank Gay, they insisted the other company was wrong. Months later, our A/C is still blowing ice cold, and the original compressor is running perfectly. Fast forward to today. We started smelling a rotten odor coming from our plumbing. It turns out it’s coming from a section they didn’t hook up correctly during the original installation. We called expecting them to stand behind their work, only to be told they had flagged our account and would no longer service us. So let me get this straight—we spent over $14,000, were promised a warranty, and now they refuse to come out and address issues related to their own installation? If Frank Gay responds claiming they can’t find me in their system, that is simply not true. We are absolutely in their system. I have contracts, invoices, receipts, and documentation, and I’m happy to provide proof to anyone considering hiring them. This goes much deeper than I can fit into one review. We have retained an attorney because this entire experience has been an absolute nightmare. Before hiring Frank Gay, do yourself a favor and read the 1-star reviews. I wish we had. We trusted this company with a major investment, and we’ve regretted it ever since. I rarely leave reviews, but after everything we’ve been through, I couldn’t stay quiet. Spend your money elsewhere. TDLr; We haven’t raised our voices or been disrespectful in anyway. So they flagged us because we caught them lying about needing a 3k compressor and writing a review about it to warn other people. Spending 14k and now they won’t even come fix their botched plumbing job because of that is insane. We won’t let this go.

    Very disappointing experience. The technician immediately pushed for a full backflow assembly replacement without performing any inspection or troubleshooting. He quoted $1,500, despite the fact that the part itself typically costs only $100–$200 and installation is a simple PVC connection on two pipes. When I questioned the price, he offered a $750 “inspection,” while suggesting replacement would still be required. This felt like a misleading and pressured sales tactic rather than an honest assessment. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion from a licensed plumber who will actually evaluate the problem instead of defaulting to an unnecessary, high-cost solution.

    I hate leaving anything other than 5 stars. But this company seems like the office and techs have zero communication. I needed commercial AC service. The tech was here less than 20 minutes checking things, luckily it was a minor cleaning needed to various parts, he said he will get me a estimate together. When the invoice arrived it was for was for 1.5 hours. Why? Because they charge for time the tech sits in the truck creating the invoice and estimate, even when i am long gone and the store is closed up. What's the techs incentive to do that quickly? They had no answer. So if you use this company be aware they charge you for sitting around, maybe the tech is doing something, maybe not. They did eventually back it to 1 hour however after much complaining and questioning by me multiple times. When different techs came to do the cleaning two days later all was good, pretty quick, and satisfactory. Price for the actual service was very fair. Price for the first visit to attain an estimate was competely unreasonable. Would i use them again? I don't know.....
