  Let me start by saying the pre-sales experience was great. I worked with Aracelly who was extremely helpful through the purchasing process, but unfortunately, shortly after my purchase she left the company. So, this review is more about the post sale experience as whoever took Aracelly’s place seems to be more concerned with chasing new sales than helping existing customers. All I had were questions about the return policy on unused product, which I will add, represented a small percentage of my overall purchase. I have been texting and calling for TWO MONTHS, only ever able to speak with a front desk / triage person (who was very nice) who kept telling me she was passing my message onto the person who could help me…. But that’s just it—this person, whoever it is, refuses to call me back, or maybe they don’t even exist. I will take bad news over being completely ignored. It’s inexcusable and has completely ruined my experience and perception of this company.

  they did a wonderful on our floors in our drivers room and new show room! they are so beautiful and wonderful, and absolutely think they are a wonderful company. Not to mention they did our three areas incredibly accurate and amazing but they did it so fast. like i can't believe how fast they did it! THANKS GUYS! so amazing!

  Sammy and his crew did an amazing job on my newly laid LVP. Communication was great and he stuck to his word. They finished my house before a birthday party we were having. Highly recommend to those who want quality work from great people. Not to mention great prices. Hard to beat it. Thanks guys! (If I knew how to post pictures I would)

  This is the flooring company you want. Top notch people from sales to project manager to installers. On time--on schedule within budget. Everyone was so professional with exceptional customer service skills. From my first meeting with Elizabeth who helped with material choices and estimates to Project Manager Todd-who always kept me informed and arrived literally at the exact time he said he would--amazing! Nik and the other demo/installers were amazing-- fast and good. I never knew they had been there --other than some dust -which come with any flooring project. These guys are the real deal. I would and am using them again for future projects. I encourage you to try them too.

  I have used Flooring Master to replace my flooring in my new home this past year. The installers were on time and very professional. They kept the working area very clean. The hardest part was choosing from such a wide variety of products but Elizabeth, salesperson, took her time and walked us through every step. As a Realtor I have recommended Flooring Master to all of my clients. Thank you Flooring Master!!!
