I initially used DreamCrete Custom Creations on 2022 to replace every square in of floor in my house. Read all the way down!! From my first contact, planning, though the entire process, finished floor and beyond, Zach and his team, including Austin and Brad, were amazing to work with. They listened to me and what I wanted instead of telling me what I needed as the other companies did. I was actually working out of state while the work was being done and I got constant updates and pictures sent to as they were going through the process. I absolutely love my new floor and knowinging its custom and no one else will ever have my exact floor is so freaking cool. I've been thinking about doing this for a few years now and I am so glad I chose Zach, Austin and Brad at DreamCrete Custom Creations. We are doing my countertop next guys! FIRST EDIT: Well here we are 4 years later. My concrete overlay is still great. However, both bathrooms done with metallic epoxy have cracked beyond terrible. The guest bathroom cracked within 2 years. No warranty at all. I paid to replace the floor. How do they not warranty this? I paid over 15k initially. It was blamed on me. Was it exposed to water??? Seriously, its a bathroom. Now, the primary bathroom floor is cracked worse than the guest bathroom. Also, I'm a healthcare traveler. I'm home maybe 2 weeks per year. No usage, no water anywhere!! Cracked to shit! I've been waiting and texting and texting. Its been almost 6 weeks since I initially made contact about this newest problem. I finally asked Zach if I should just reach out to the office. I was promised a quote by today. Its almost 10pm. The floor lifted so high I was hitting my feet and toes on it. I had to start my own demo of the floor. Buyer beware, if you're not a corporation or a celebrity, forget it. They don't care. All the other reviews have proven that. SECOND EDIT: I'm adding a bunch screenshots of communication that I had with Dreamcrete a few months ago. I just back home a month ago and just haven't had time to post my update. These are the most unprofessional group of people I've ever dealt with. Please reconsider before booking any service with them. I am unable to attach any photos.

5/5 StarsAustin, Tyler, and Bruce Jr. at DreamCrete did an absolutely phenomenal job! They went above and beyond from start to finish. I was so impressed by their work ethic—they even stayed late to ensure the job was completely finished and done right. They truly went the extra mile to deliver top-notch quality and service. I highly recommend DreamCrete, and especially Austin, Tyler, and Bruce Jr., for anyone looking for great concrete work. Thank you all!

DreamCrete truly saved our floors! They completed the concrete flooring for our Foxtail Coffee franchise store, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. They worked incredibly fast, were professional throughout the entire process, and had an amazing team. The finished floor came out absolutely beautiful and completely transformed the space. A special thanks to Zach, the owner, who was extremely professional and has incredible knowledge and experience in this business. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing and cares about delivering a great result. Highly recommend DreamCrete, especially for commercial projects!
