I purchased a home last April. In the beginning it was all butterflies and rainbows then a couple issues has been coming up with warranty related. I was told at first to reach out to the construction manager for any repairs needed as he can take care of them quicker that way. Then he stopped even responding to text or calls. I call the office directly and inform them of the situation and issues im having with their subcontractors that are working next door to mine which it was never addressed. And they tell me to use to portal to submit warranty claims but mind you I had done that in the past and they were closed up without any repairs being made. What made me write this review is that I told them an issue about my insulation not being what it is per code in inches and they sent a technician out which confirmed to me saying that the attic definitely needs more i get an email saying they will do absolutely nothing that apparently the insulation is there but since I got solar panels installed they walked all over my attic and compressed it all. I find it outrageous. This is just 1 of the issues. They never added grass on the back of home home to the end of my property point and they said is not covered under warranty yet is not warranty but work to complete which was left incomplete to begin with.
