  I’ve used Doc Watts for my Generac generator maintenance for a few years now. I’ve been very impressed. They’re very responsive whenever I have an issue and come out quickly. The Tech that’s come out twice is very professional and trustworthy. His name is Jonathan Kaufman. I know this because they send you a text when they’re on the way and say who is coming. Jonathan goes the extra mile and I hope I continue to get him. He had the part I needed right on the van so no need for a follow-up, which is nice. He’s very knowledgeable about Generac generators and is very trustworthy when it comes to what’s wrong and needed. I highly recommend Doc Watts.

  Duane is the best electrician I have ever worked with. He takes the time to help you understand why you’re having the electrical issue, as well as walk you through potential solutions before moving forward. He truly cares and makes sure you’re satisfied with the work performed.

  George is an amazing technician and by the end of my service visit, even became an unexpected friend. He handled everything thoroughly and even let me learn a few things as a peeked over his shoulder. Hopefully you guys keep him, because if he is servicing my generator, you have me as a customer.

  I highly recommend Doc Watts Electric From the initial quote to the final walkthrough, their team was incredibly professional, punctual, and transparent about pricing. They did a fantastic job with installing several light fixtures, replacing light bulbs throughout our office, cleaned up perfectly, and ensured everything was up to code. Stress-free, high-quality work and amazing customer service when scheduling. Would hire them again with no hesitation.

  The entire team at Doc Watts did an excellent job with our installation, inspections, troubleshooting, service, scheduling, billing and more. The service scheduling was attentive and accommodating. ALL of the techs sent out were polite, well mannered and very knowledgeable. The follow up and assurance of our satisfaction was sincere and genuine. I'm very glad I found a locally owned, family owned company where customers not only come first but they are treated like their job is important to them no matter the size.
