  Johnathan arrived within the set time frame. He was very courteous and promptly got to work providing maintenance to my generator. Cleaned the area and took away all trash generated during the project.

  I would like to thank Doc Watts Electric for reaching out to inspect my home electrical system as it been 6 years since I bought my home. A few years ago a Doc Watts electrician extended electrical wiring, lights and switches to my storage doing a fantastic job and reasonable pricing. Today Alex was very courteous, polite and professional going through the inspection with me a explaining as we went along, making me feel part of the inspection and providing the best customer service! All just for $49 dollars! I highly recommend Doc Watts Electric for any electrical issue in your home and giving you a peace of mind!!!

  We had a great experience with Doc Watts Electric. They were professional, reliable, and showed up when they said they would. Their work was done neatly, and they left everything clean when they finished. On top of doing excellent work, they were genuinely nice guys who were friendly, respectful, and easy to work with. It's refreshing to find a company that takes such pride in both their workmanship and customer service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy electrician!

  It was discovered by our power company, while attempting to install a surge mitigator, that we had a major wiring issue outside our electrical box. It appears one of the previous home owners had a satellite dish installed and the installer geri-rigged the wiring by cutting out the ground wire and reconfiguring a wire to a splitter piece. Of course, having been told by the power company that this presented a safely issue and needed to be repaired, I called Doc Watts on Friday, 7/17, and Duane was at our house this morning, Monday, 7/20. He inspected the wiring, explained the issue in detail, and then answered all of our questions with knowledge and understanding. He gave us a price to repair, and proceeded to do the repair by adding 2 new ground rods and added an intersystem bond. He was SO nice and personable, and he did a great job with the re-wiring. It looks much better, but most importantly, it's no longer a safety concern. Also, communication from the company was excellent, and they are very professional. I highly recommend Doc Watts Electric. Thanks Doc Watts! On a personal note, my husband and I know the owner and his family, and we can't say enough good about them. They are wonderful, kind, conscientious people, and I would not hesitate to call them again for any electrical needs.
