    Delair sold me a brand‑new A/C unit and failed to install it correctly from day one. It has now been three months, and despite countless calls and multiple technicians coming to my home, the system still does not work at all.The technicians don’t actually fix anything. They just “check” the unit and leave, and the problem stays exactly the same. The last technician didn’t just fail to solve the issue — he actually made it worse. Now the A/C not only fails to cool, but it also has a constant, loud noise that wasn’t there before.This level of negligence is unacceptable. No real diagnosis, no accountability, no temporary fix, and absolutely no resolution after months of waiting.I invested in a new A/C expecting professionalism and reliability. Instead, I’ve been left with a malfunctioning system, wasted time, and a company that shows zero responsibility for the mess they created.I strongly advise others to avoid Delair. Their service has been careless, ineffective, and completely disappointing.

He was incredibly diligent, professional, and attentive to our needs from start to finish. Jonathan took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the entire process. His customer service was truly exceptional, and it’s rare to find someone who is this dedicated to helping customers. We greatly appreciate his hard work, attention to detail, and commitment to getting the job done right. I highly recommend Jonathan Del Air AC Tech to anyone looking for reliable, knowledgeable, and honest AC service. Thank you again for the amazing experience! Sorry no photos to post.

    OMG ! Victor was so Professional, Polite, and especially Patient today. We have a complete Del-Air HVAC system. With these 100°+ days we wanted to be sure the AC wasn't going to quit when we need it the most. Victor's attention to all the little and big details during this maintenance service call went above and beyond our expectations. We were educated on how to do better maintanance, as homeowners. He patiently described repair options, without being pushy. Going forward, he is the only technician we will ask for! We highly recommend Victor for any service call from Del-Air. He is 5+ stars🌟

    Our air conditioner unexpectedly stopped working, and with the Florida heat, we were stressed. Thankfully, Nick Walsh came out on very short notice and completely exceeded our expectations. From the moment he arrived, Nick was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and had our AC up and running again in no time. It was obvious that he genuinely cares about doing the job right rather than just rushing through another service call. Nick is an outstanding technician and a great representative of his company. His expertise, honesty, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service made what could have been a miserable experience surprisingly pleasant. If you need HVAC service, I highly recommend requesting Nick Walsh if you have the opportunity. We are incredibly grateful for his quick response and excellent work. Five stars all the way!

    To whom it may concern, Hello after speaking with supervisor Jamar Hallmon he advised I send an email in regards to my experience with your company "Del Air". We financed this system with the thought it would be a smooth transition which has been the exact opposite. In regards to the initial installation I was told by the sales man he would provide us with a free surge protector upon installation, only for me to be charged for it upon payment time. Upon informing the supervise of this incident his response was "I don't know why he told you that but you have to pay for the surge protector" To compound this, prior to installation it was confirmed a "UV Light" would be placed in the unit and was not placed, I was informed the circuit breaker would need to be changed to pass inspection from code enforcement, there was a long delay in this matter. During installation there was damages to the wall where the unit in stored, none of the installers spoke to me about fixing this issue. Most recently due to the change in the weather we have had to activate the heat. I became aware the heat was not working i requested a service tech come and resolve the issue my experience is as follows; 11/11/2025 Ironce C had a window to arrive between 6-8 he arrived at 8pm he informed me the system was sending bad relays and this was the cause for the issue. Ironce informed me he could not resolve the issue and another maintenance individual would have to respond. 11/12/2025 James s was suppose to arrive between 8-10 am only to receive a notification he would be delayed. Upon arriving James told me the previous tech did not complete the work advising it was to dark outside, James informed the thermostat was installed incorrectly and the wires were all wrong. James told me he did not have the thermostat and another tech would have to bring thermostat. Prior to James leaving my residence I observed damage to the door in which the unit was contained. The door was hanging from the hinges and upon inspecting the door hinges they were stripped. I asked James about the damage and he said he was unaware of this. After James left my residence I inspected the damage and became aware only 2 out of the 3 screws were in the hinges. Upon further inspection I saw the door attached to another room was missing 2 out of the 3 screws. It was clear James damaged the hinges and then attempted to replace them with other screws from another door thinking it would be unnoticed. 11/12/2025 Trevor P arrived at my house at approximately 8:00 pm and upon making contact with him he told me he did not have the part and unaware why they would send him. Trevor told me he was unable to obtain the part. 11/13/2025 James returned to my residence after i informed the dispatchers I would prefer another tech arrive. James arrived with the thermostat installs the new thermostat and advised the system would be working correctly. 11/17/2025 supervisor Jamar H arrives to make sure the work has been completed correctly. Upon reviewing the system, Jamar told me the system is not working correctly which is causing humidity throughout the residence. Jamar informed me the system was also not shutting off correctly. Jamar told me upon opening the control panel box the system was not wired correctly which is continuing to cause issues. The incorrect installation has placed my family and house at risk due to a possible electric fire. 06/07/2026 While inside of my house my wife let it be known the house felt warm, upon checking the thermostat, it shows a blank screen, and the system was not working. WE both know that this is just another reason we will NEVER recommend this company to anybody. THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Worst money spent that I can't get back.
