  Anthony came out to repair my solar after a prolonged outage. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything he had to do. He stayed until we verified that everything was up and running again. Excellent experience!

  Kevin came out to do the yearly service on our whole house generator. He is a personable, very knowledgeable technician. He went through the system with a fine tooth comb, performed all the maintenance and fully tested the system. I highly recommend Castaways solar to do your maintenance.

  Keith from Castaways Energy did an outstanding job replacing the micro inverter on my solar panel. The issue was resolved quickly and professionally, and my system is now working great again! He was knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and made sure everything was perfect before leaving. I’m extremely happy with the service and will definitely be keeping Castaways Energy as my go-to solar service provider from now on.

  Definitely Recommend! Castaways Energy is efficient! I think everyone at this company must have an engineering degree. From my initial meeting with CEO N. Traynor, Scarlett the sales contact, the tech surveyor Kieth, to the hardworking, experienced expert installers Tony and Kevin. I couldn't believe how quickly we went from financing to completion. I had solar batteries installed to backup an existing solar system. Mr. Traynor explained everything I'd need to complete my project and explained it without being condescending. It was mentioned in the contract that the devices would be installed within 35 days. It took less than 10. Every person I came into contact with made sure I had the APP installed on my phone. Tony and Kevin double checked I have the updated version, made sure it was working and explained how to read the new diagrams. I had contacted 3 local companies all recommended by Emphase. This company had a no nonsense, get it done vibe AND did it at a lower cost. Thank you so much everyone for your professionalism.
