  CONSTANT PROFESSIONALISM! The Castaways team did an amazing job upgrading our solar and storage system. Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Very professional and quick installation. I interviewed several companies and none were as knowledgeable and collaborative as the Castaways team. They really are experts in what they do. No sales pitches, but focused on educating and making sure you have the best experience. I’ve been impressed with every single one of their team members from sales with Nathan, site survey and service with Anthony and we can not forget the entire installation team of Kevin,Tony, Eric, Justin and Lewis. Very happy with our decision to partner with Castaways Energy.

  I was excited to learn about the energy buy back program through Seco when I was shared about it. I thought we planned the proper energy as per panels for my family needs when we did the planning. When the installers they arrived and informed me we needed to adjust some panels and had me sign the changes. Installation was one day but had to wait very long for the buy back to be connected. Seco came and saw me, even gave me his card and said they were all good on their end. My Enlighten app said I had an issue and the number was the lender. I called and they said, “All is good on their end”. The lady even called Castaways to explain why I called and handed me off the their customer care. The lady took my information and said it was the lender. Panels activated 6 weeks later, 2 weeks after that Castaways keeps calling it follow up on the issue recorded. Castaways in my opinion knew it was them all the time and their customer care lady just took my information and left us out to dry. I wish I did not go with Castaways because I have no shading and not enough energy produced to what I initially requested. Now when I add to the energy consumption I will be even at more of a loss id it was don't like I originally requested.

  Great crew led by Kevin, came in ready to work and did the job with professional precision as well as cleaned up after themselves when they were done. Was thorough in showing me everything and was patient with my questions. Very happy with everything they did and very appreciative of the mutual respect throughout the process.

  Thank you Keith for fixing my solar panel not working. after ADT Solar left me hanging. He is very friendly and informative. Sonia who reached out when I left a message, she was also very helpful when I was at a loss cause ADT went out of business. Enphase has them listed as a Platinum provider, if there can be better, that’s Castaway. They will be my go to for my solar panels and when i’m ready yo expand my system. Thank you!
