  If Builders FirstSource wants to know why customers stop coming back, they should start with drivers like Reggie. His attitude alone was enough to make us never want to deal with this company again. From the second he arrived, Reggie was confrontational, rude, and completely unprofessional. Instead of speaking respectfully, he acted irritated and demanding, barking at us to move vehicles immediately like we were inconveniencing him by being at our own job site. There was zero professionalism and absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. Construction sites already come with enough stress without having to deal with someone showing up with a hostile attitude. A delivery driver represents the company, and if Reggie is the standard Builders FirstSource accepts, that says a lot about their management and training. Between the disrespectful communication, aggressive attitude, and complete lack of professionalism, this was one of the worst delivery experiences we’ve dealt with. We will absolutely be taking our business elsewhere moving forward.

  The biggest issue we had with Builders FirstSource was the behavior and attitude of the delivery drivers; especially a driver named Reggie. I understand construction deliveries can be stressful and time-sensitive, but there is absolutely no excuse for speaking to customers in a rude, demanding, and disrespectful manner. Reggie came across as aggressive from the moment he arrived, immediately barking orders about moving vehicles instead of communicating professionally. There was no patience, no courtesy, and no attempt to handle the situation respectfully. It honestly felt like customer service was the last thing on his mind. Unfortunately, the poor attitude matched the poor communication from the company overall. Deliveries were confusing, materials were missing or incorrect, and getting answers from dispatch was frustrating. Instead of helping solve problems, the experience just added more stress to an already expensive project. Builders FirstSource seriously needs to improve how their drivers interact with customers because behavior like this damages the company’s reputation fast. Nobody paying thousands for materials should be treated with disrespect on their own job site.

  Very disappointed with the professionalism from Builders FirstSource. The communication from both the office and delivery team was terrible throughout the entire process. Trying to get clear answers or resolve issues felt like a full-time job. The delivery drivers were especially rude and aggressive. Instead of communicating respectfully, they immediately demanded that vehicles be moved “right now” with an attitude like everyone is supposed to drop everything the second they arrive. There’s a professional way to speak to customers, and this company clearly hasn’t trained their drivers on basic customer service or respect. On top of that, deliveries were late, materials were missing or damaged, and the lack of coordination caused major delays on our project. Every mistake snowballed into more wasted time and money. For a company handling construction materials and scheduling-sensitive deliveries, the level of disorganization and rude behavior is unacceptable. We will not be using Builders FirstSource again.

  I originally had given this location a 1 star. That was a few years ago now. Think they had got my undies in a bunch. 🤣. They've come along way from those days. Haha
