  Awesome job! I just had my door serviced and springs replaced. Kurt did an outstanding job! He took the time to educate me on the proper way to maintain the door with regular lubricantion. I'm very pleased with their level of customer service, from the office staff to the field tech. The price was very competitive as well. I'll only be calling them for all my future garage door help. Thanks Kurt!

  Great service, fair and upfront about pricing. Branch has replaced broken springs for me twice. First one lasted 10 years (standard lifespan). Another company treated pricing like a used car salesman ("I can go back to my manager to get this reduced"), and was still 60% higher. I'm very satisfied with Branch and am happy to recommend them.

  I'm not sure if they are the cheapest in town, but they were by FAR the easiest to work with. In one phone call, answered by a nice HUMAN lady, i was able to get an estimated price for the services i needed, and an appointment scheduled. I called 5 other local companies and after going through the whole annoying automatimated prompts, no other company could give me an estimated cost over the phone. they all told me that it will cost $100-200 to send a technician out, THEN he will be able to tell me how much the actual job will cost after he arrives... Even if Branch was not the most affordable option (which i have a feeling they probably were).. i would still be extremely happy because they were so much easier to work with with straight direct answers. job was completed with professionalism, and no surprise price increases as the price estimate was what was charged.

  After decades of going with Branch, I still sing their praises. Natalie was very patient with me and helping me at every turn. Friendly, responsive and above average customer service. Jeff was great as well. Made time in his day to fix our issue in the most trustworthy, efficient manner. Not upselling, but letting us know what we needed and what was the best plan. In these hard economic times you can trust Branch. Don’t even have to think twice.

  Ryan could have sold me a new motor, but instead he serviced my old one, told me how new it was, oiled some parts, showed me how to do it myself every 4 or so months. I would recommend this company.
