  My garage door spring system snapped. I spent hours researching to see if dyi, called several shops. Branch was the first and only shop to immediately speak to the issue and spring type for my garage door. The price was excellent (went with the conversion). At first I was going to call the onoy company that services the springs I had. Called Branch back because they were true experts and honest on the phone. Their repair tech came at the very start of the repair window and fixed without issue. The tech went above and regreased and aligned everything. 5 stars across the board. Family owned.

  Kurt helped me out with a garage door repair. He went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Called Branch in the morning and they had someone out with in a couple hours. On time, very friendly, and thorough communication. Cost of repair was very affordable. I will recommend them to anybody that needs any help with their garage needs.

  Jim did a great job replacing the main spring and giving us a full tuneup on our Garage Door recently. Great company great people.

  So happy we listened to recommendations from neighbors to call Branch for our garage door service. We had a broken spring replaced and had a separate sensor issue that Al the technician came to help with. He was so kind and helpful and truly went above and beyond for us. Will be calling them again for any other garage door needs!

  Great company. They installed my garage door 25 years ago and have serviced it since then. Finally had to add a new motor, chain and remotes. Kurt was very good at explaining everything and did a thorough job. Thanks!
