  I called them at 2pm on Tuesday due to a broken spring. I’m sitting here at 3:15 and it’s already fixed and done. Responsive and fast. Really impressed with this team.

  We are so grateful to Branch Garage Doors for getting to our house quickly this morning. We were supposed to leave early in the morning for my father-in-law’s funeral out of state, but the garage door was broken and we couldn’t get the car out. Branch came right away and repaired it. What a blessing!! They are always professional, capable, and courteous! We HIGHLY recommend them!

  Excellent service and support, from enquiry to the installation of a new motor. I can't rate this company highly enough. No bots when you call, just real helpful people! Delighted with the job. Super silent chain belt. Great to have my electric garage door back!!

  The good news is that I was happy with the repair and the fact that the belt was covered under warranty. The bad news is that the technician they sent, Andrew, was grumpy and rude. Andrew did not represent the company well.
