One word: fantastic. Start to finish. Within less than 24 hours of realizing I had an issue, I no longer had an issue. Great communication throughout the process and at the end of it. Special thanks to Rebecca, Natalie and Kurt (hope I spelled those all correctly). Need help with your garage door? Call these folks and you'll be happy you did.

I can’t recommend Branch Garage Door enough. The lady that answers the phone is friendly and professional. She calls to communicate any changes to a service appointment and makes sure you understand pricing and the service that is scheduled. The technician that came out was excellent! He explained everything he was doing, gave tips on how to self maintain the door and opener and extend the life of both. He was professional and courteous. This company truly cares about its customers! Thank you Branch!

I called them at 2pm on Tuesday due to a broken spring. I’m sitting here at 3:15 and it’s already fixed and done. Responsive and fast. Really impressed with this team.

We are so grateful to Branch Garage Doors for getting to our house quickly this morning. We were supposed to leave early in the morning for my father-in-law’s funeral out of state, but the garage door was broken and we couldn’t get the car out. Branch came right away and repaired it. What a blessing!! They are always professional, capable, and courteous! We HIGHLY recommend them!

Excellent service and support, from enquiry to the installation of a new motor. I can't rate this company highly enough. No bots when you call, just real helpful people! Delighted with the job. Super silent chain belt. Great to have my electric garage door back!!
