  Amazing service. They literally went the extra mile — to Jacksonville — to get the parts needed to repair my old commercial unit. Highly professional and personal service. They could have easily told me to replace the whole thing, but instead got the unit back up and running in a day. Highly recommend using Blue Air.

  I want to thank Technician Eddy at Blue Air Heating and Cooling for making time on a busy day and take care of an AC unit that was not working properly. The unit stop working overnight and with these rising temperatures, having a properly working AC unit is not a luxury but a necessity. Eddy was sympathetic to the situation and was able to work me in to his schedule. Once he stopped by, he quickly diagnosed the problem and promptly fixed the unit. All in all, he was there for about half an hour. In the end, great, friendly service and at a great price. I will definitely be calling on Eddy and Blue Air for my future AC needs and without hesitation will recommend them to family and friends. I don’t get anything for this, but when a person and a company distinguish themselves and take care of me (and not advantage of me), I feel they should be recognized and made known to the public.

  Eddy went above and beyond for us. He was there to trouble shoot before even meeting us to try to help us out and then when he came he was very professional and knowledgeable and was able to resolve the problem for us and help us get our AC up and running better then it was before. We will not use anyone else.

  Blue Air responded quickly to my initial call, and came within a reasonable time to do the necessary repairs that were a direct cause from work done by my previous vendor. The project took longer than expected (not their fault), but they stayed until they were done, which included working over the weekend. Dealing with Eddie has been a pleasure. He obviously cares about his customers. I highly recommend this company.

  I had a great overall experience with this company and especially their team. From the first phone call to the service appointment, everyone I spoke with was incredibly kind, professional, and easy to work with. There were a few hiccups along the way, but what really stood out was how quickly and thoughtfully everything was handled. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in making things right. The technician who came out was fantastic, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. He made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. Great customer service is hard to find, and this team really delivers. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future.
