Alpha Foundations does a great to communicate with you to sell their product. They really make you feel like there will be some good customer experience working with them, but once they finish the work and take their money that all drops. I had added the utilizes protection plan to my contract with them. According to Alpha Foundations if they break anything such as water lines or electrical they will have it fixed. I am two months in now after they broke electrical wire causing an arching in my outside electrical box. Their excuse was that I had faulty wiring, but their technicians were using that outlet for over half day until they cut through the conduit and cut the wire within it with their backhoe. This makes me wonder / worry if they will honor their warranties and yearly inspections when they will not stick to their side of the contract from the beginning.

When I had signs that our Home foundation was unlevel, I had great anxiety. I called Alpha Foundation‘s Repair Orlando . From the time the service technician Brandon arrive to the actual Repair crew of Stephen David and Isaiah arrived. My anxiety started to disappear. The technician Brandon showed us movies of how actual Repair would be made so there was no surprise . Then the Repair crew of Stephen David and Isaiah arrived. They explained every single thing that they were doing and why . they had great respect for our home. No more anxiety.!!! now we can feel secure again. thank You. Alpha Foundation Orlando & especially THANKS to Stephen, David, & Isaiah for a job well done.

During the lending process, Alpha Foundations sold my personal information to third parties, and now I get endless AI spam phone calls from foreigners, every single day, for weeks and weeks, with no end in-sight. AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM, AND CERTAINLY DON'T DROP $15K+ FOR IT!

Chris (Crew Lead & Supervisor), along with Caleem and George (Installation Technicians), all performed their work to a high professional standard. Their communication, workmanship, and attention to detail were outstanding throughout the entire job. When the work was completed, they left our yard cleaned up and restored as much as could reasonably be expected — something we truly appreciated. If you want your foundation work done right, backed by a lifetime guarantee, and supported by a company that will still be there when you need them, Alpha Foundations should be at the top of your list. Job well done.

If we had an option to select 10 Stars that's what I would have chosen! This Crew is totally professional, kind, patience, they have 💯% expertise. They went far down 40ft to protect the Foundation of my property. I am totally impressed! They made sure everything was picked up and cleaned. We did a walk through. They explained everything they have done and asked me if I had any questions, I did have a few. They answered it in a way to make sure I understood the process. After they left, it seemed like they would never here, that's how spotless they left it. An added plus, Ricky & Antoine & George took an extra mile for me. There were residue from the poly foam in the pool area deck. They washed it down with soap, a brush, and the water hose. They moved all the patio furniture from the pool deck and made sure it was ALL cleaned. Wow, Wow, Wow... if I had to do it all over again. I would DEFINITELY hire Alpha Foundation. Thank you Alpha Foundation Crew! You're the BEST👌🏾 {A special thank you for the main person in charge 'Josh', He made sure I felt comfortable and at peace with my purchased, and the very 1st person that introduced me to Alpha Foundation 'Ryan'. He told me since day ONE: `I have your back'} :) Dalia Rivera
