We hired All Flooring USA in January 2026 for a multi-scope home renovation totaling approximately $83,000, including flooring, kitchen quartz countertops, baseboards, and three bathroom remodels. We were told by Kenny Deonarine that the project would take approximately five weeks to complete. More than four months later, after paying over $50,000, the project remains incomplete and unresolved.
What began as an exciting renovation quickly turned into months of delays, subcontractor walk-offs, communication breakdowns, property damage, defective workmanship, and failed corrective attempts. Throughout the project, we encountered issues involving improper electrical work, damage to our kitchen island, damage to our garbage disposal and kitchen sink, quartz installation defects, and numerous workmanship concerns that required constant oversight and documentation.
The most difficult part has been the impact on our family. We are a family of four with two dogs who remained in the home based on the proposed five-week timeline. Instead, months later, we are still living upstairs with only one functional bathroom. Our children have been displaced from their bedrooms and are sleeping side-by-side on mattresses while we wait for the project to be completed. Downstairs, the only usable sink is located on the opposite side of the house from the one functional toilet, forcing us to wash dishes in our laundry utility sink because our kitchen remains unusable. What was supposed to be a temporary inconvenience became months of disruption and loss of normal use of our home.
We repeatedly raised concerns and provided All Flooring USA opportunities to correct the issues. When Kenny Deonarine stepped away from communications, Mario Picone assumed responsibility for the project. Despite numerous meetings, emails, documented deficiencies, and assurances that issues would be resolved, additional problems continued to surface. Mario later acknowledged multiple project deficiencies, including demolition damage, quartz installation defects, scheduling failures, communication issues, and damage to our sink.
Eventually, the situation deteriorated to the point that we retained legal counsel. Multiple attempts were made to negotiate a resolution, including formal settlement discussions and contract termination proposals. Unfortunately, those efforts have stalled, and All Flooring USA has not responded to settlement communications since May 14, 2026.
Our experience was not simply about construction defects. It was about a lack of project management, communication, accountability, and follow-through. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend All Flooring USA.
