  Cameron was on time. Went straight to the source and began working with replacing my inside motor. Very, when i say VERY Reasonable with this company Was low on funds and was provide with very low finance options. I AM VERY SATISFIED!👍🏽

  Here in Central Florida clogged drains lines are a huge problem that happen easily during the summer months. Action Air of Florida’s maintenance plan just saved me an unexpected repair call. My system shut down one night, and I could tell there was clogging in my line. I got it going, and then remembered I had pre paid for a maintenance cleaning and inspection. I easily scheduled and now my system is all ready for the rest of the year. Cameron was my tech and he was informative with explaining everything he checked in addition to the general maintenance completed, just to be sure that was my issue. He even found a pipe that had separated, and fixed it.

  My service appointment was between 10am-12pm, technician shows up at 9:00am no one answers the door I had advised when scheduling the appointment to call an hour prior to arrival which did not happened. I spoke with Joe at Action Air to reschedule the appointment he bluntly told me this service is not for me and he would return my $50 back for the second service if I didn’t argue with him. After my first service, I was told the company would automatically schedule me after six months for the second service, which did not happen until I called first they said my service is past the due date while they were supposed to come after six months to perform the second service. The staff member said she’s not sure if they can provide the second service within the contract and I may have to renew the contract and pay more for the second service. Very unprofessional and lack of communication from the staff.

  Last year I replaced my A/C whole system, after sixteen years it finally quit on me. The new system wasn’t working correctly, so I called Action Air and the new evaporator was leaking. They sent Grant to replace my evaporator, at no cost, it was still under warranty. He did the job quickly and efficiently, he showed up around 10:00 and was done around 2:00. This is the second system I buy from these guys and I couldn’t be more satisfied.

  I have been a customer for 10 years. They are always very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They don't try to oversell a product if you don't need it. Cameron fixed our problem quickly and efficiently. He was friendly and professional. Highly recommend.
