  Leigh McCallister provided exceptional service on my garage door. No pressure sell on what needed to be done on maintaining the garage door. Used layman terms about what was going on with the motor and spring during the check up. Awesome customer service! I would highly recommend him as a technician! Thank you Leigh!

  Scheduling online was seamless! The, Garage Door technician Leigh was amazing! Besides the technical issues that he repaired and or replaced; his customer service skills were exceptional. He was very patient, very thorough in explaining, while advising me, he was also educating me and made me feel like I was truly valued as a customer. I was 100% satisfied and Impressed!

  Karen was very considerate in giving me plenty of notice on when he would arrive. He shook my hand and got right to work. He didn’t even complain about my messy garage! He spent alot of time troubleshooting to finally figure out my issue and he fixed it. Great manners, considerate of my time, and called his coworkers when he was stumped - instead of faking that he knew what to do. I think that makes him very valuable to this company. He will continue to work with me as I navigate the possibilities and concerns of a new garage door. I’m happy with Kevin and A1.

  Great experience all around. Scheduling was smooth and professional. On-time arrival of the technician. Our technician (Ivan G.) was wonderful - very knowledgeable and friendly as well. Answered all our questions. We needed a new garage door opening system - I was terrified to see how much it would cost, but we felt that the price was reasonable and fair. We were given options to choose from. Ivan stayed a long time, did a great job, also programmed all of our remotes including replacing and programming the keypad before leaving. Very pleased, and we will definitely be back for any additional needs in the future.

  I wanted to recognize the outstanding service I received from my garage door technician. Mounir arrived on time, was professional, courteous, and took the time to explain the issue and the repair process in a way that was easy to understand. The work was completed efficiently, and my garage door is now operating better than ever. I really appreciated his attention to detail, honesty, and commitment to doing the job right.
