  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I want to recognize Josh Girard and Manny Sanchez from A1 Garage for their outstanding professionalism and dedication. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. Both technicians were polite, respectful, and extremely professional throughout the entire process. What truly stood out was their perseverance. Despite delays and challenges in receiving the correct parts from their manufacturer, they stayed on top of the situation, communicated clearly, and followed through until the right pieces arrived. Once everything was in hand, the installation was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. The end result was a perfectly installed garage door, and the level of service provided exceeded expectations. I truly appreciate the commitment and quality of work delivered by Josh and Manny, and I would highly recommend A1 Garage based on this experience. I also want to recognize Jacqueline from Customer Service, who was fantastic from start to finish. She took the time to clearly explain the process, kept communication smooth, and was very accommodating in coordinating services and updates along the way. Her support made the overall experience much easier.

  Company is predatory shark. Prices were unrealistic. I had two other companies give me prices at 25% of your cost. The technician after i didn't accept pricing did inspection report and failed items that were 3 months old. I'm 100% disabled veteran and had I not been in construction industry for 40 years I'm sure you guys would have taken advantage of me. I will be calling better business bureau to report you and will leave reviews on market place and Facebook as well.

  Last year my garage door fell off the track when I was trying to leave for work and I contacted A-1 and they were able to come out quickly and take care of it same day. The representative I initially spoke with and the technician John were both professional and very helpful. Today I had my yearly inspection with Troy who was also very courteous and professional and completed my inspection quickly. I liked being able to see when the technician was arriving. Conveniently A-1 had initially reached out to schedule the yearly inspection appointment via text which was helpful as it’s easy to put off necessary routine maintenance around the house. Would recommend them for sure!

  I wish I could give a great review but twice they have failed to keep appt to come and give estimate for new door replacement. Both times I had to call at the end of the window if time they confirmed to hear it would be at least one more hour. Not acceptable. They should have contacted me an hour before to see if a delay would be acceptable. I can give a great review for the rep that answered my calls and was friendly, professional and apologetic.
