  We had a couple of helical piers installed by Metro Foundations to shore up a corner of our house. To be honest, the thought of this type of work and everything it involved was intimidating, and we were apprehensive from the beginning. However, in the end, we were very pleasantly surprised. Metro Foundations exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The entire Metro team was professional, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the process. Their sales representative, Jason, was thorough and friendly and took the time to explain the process and answer all of our questions. We especially appreciated that he didn’t try to sell us a solution we didn’t need. The office staff, Amy and Ashley, were also great to work with. They communicated well, kept us informed, and made sure we understood all of the paperwork and next steps. Finally, Chris and his field team did an excellent job with the installation. They were professional, respectful of our property, and took the time to explain what they were doing at each stage of the installation. That made what initially seemed like a very intimidating project feel much more manageable. We are very happy with the results and the overall experience with Metro Foundations. They exceeded our expectations, and we would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

  I'm a Realtor and Investor in Jacksonville and I often need Foundation work done on properties. I've worked with all the big names but now I always end up going with Andrew and Jason at Metro! These guys are very knowledgeable and always take the time to explain every part of the job with care and professionalism!

  Andrew and his crew did an excellent job. They arrived on time and completed the laborious task as efficiently as possible. They were courteous, professional and skilled. I truly appreciate their work and also Jason who accessed the job. Great team work.

  Jason and Andrew were amazing to work with. This company truly cares about the outcome and the people they serve. With so many money hungry companies, it’s nice to support a local company who isn’t all about sales. Would highly recommend for fair pricing and honest work.
