  Complete waste of money. Our driveway had lifted on one side due to tree roots, and it was causing flooding near our entry steps for our house. Alpha Foundations said they could fix this by lifting the side closest to the steps, thus making it higher, and causing the rainwater to run off on the tree side. All they did was create a low spot in the center of the driveway, which meant the water NEVER drains from either side now, and we were left with a small pond in the middle of the driveway after ever single rain shower. They begrudgingly came back out - trust me, they put up a fight; argued that it was like that before, it was the driveway washing out, etc. We heard all sorts of excuses. When they came back out, they lifted it higher on the step side, but it still has left us with a low spot in the center, because they won't lift the center at all. So, I still have a pond in the middle of my driveway every time it rains, which takes several days to evaporate - and never drains. I would've been better off just taking the money I paid to Alpha and just having this portion of the driveway replaced. Unbelievable!

  I’m very happy with Alpha Foundation. From the first day I contacted them until the repair was completed this company did amazing. I’m grateful for Brad who did the inspection, proposal, pricing, he did an exceptional job following thru and making sure the job is handed over to the next person. I would also like to thank Tyler E and Tyler S. I’m impressed on how they did the repair. Tyler did the before and after measurements, explained to me how it will be done, showed me the installed piers, showed me the cracks that closed, oh yes! The wall cracks and the slab cracks closed. After the job, they left the site as if nothing happened, completely backfilled beautifully. I have the complete documents, reports they handed me before leaving, with lifetime warranty and I feel better now that I did a right decision on giving the job to Alpha Foundation, I couldnt be happier.

  I had one of the best experiences with a contractor in years. When I called the company, a person actually answered the phone and was able to get me scheduled immediately for an estimate. Jimmy Matthew was my Project Manager for the job and stayed in constant communication with me, provided estimates, pictures, detailed drawings and explained every aspect and option of what we were able to do with our building as it is a historic building that has settled over years. We did everything that was recommended for the job and feel that it was a great overall value. We added additional supports, bracing, liner, access and monitoring. Jimmy pretty much handled every aspect of the project and only needed our involvement when he needed to know what we wanted with the options provided. The best part of the job was it did not interfere with our day-to-day operations. Highly, recommend their service. Truly 5 Star experience.

  Workers are great. Unfortunately management of this company is lacking professionalism and that has led to me leaving a one star review. Shortened version is: originally scheduled date for work was cancelled the afternoon before, after “I” reached out to confirm what time the crew would be there only to find out that the truck was broke and they would not be coming out. I reached out to the salesman and he told me he understood another crew was coming. After some back and forth it was rescheduled for a later date. I would suggest if you are going to do business with this company that you create a cancellation policy and have them sign it because the customers time is just as valuable as the company’s. I asked to be reimbursed for loss time which has not been granted. The rescheduled date for work came with drama as well but a crew did make it out and they did GREAT work. Unfortunately poor management and scheduling overshadows there GREAT work. Prior to leaving this review I did try to resolve this with management. Update below on 9-17-26 Management has reached out for further discussion and agreed to my compensation request. I do appreciate their willingness to hear my concerns. I will update further once my credit has been applied to my payment method. Update below on 9-26-26 After an error was corrected in issuing my credit it was received as requested. Once again I appreciate management hearing my concerns and providing my credit as requested to compensate my time. I will say again the work that was completed was done professionally by employees that communicated thoroughly and were very respectful throughout the process.

  Literally obsessed with this company and their high quality of work. I work in real estate and I’m the construction business, I would never go with anyone else. This team and crew of people are some of the kindest, most efficient and communicative people I’ve ever worked with! Brett, Christian, Garritt have been some of the guys I’ve worked with and they have been nothing short of wonderful. Please be warned ladies — for some reason, all the men working for this company are strangely super attractive 😂👏. Not that it factored into me working with them, but I can’t help but notice a trend of extremely attractive men working at this company. An added bonus if ya ask me 💁‍♀️. I will continue to recommend this company to all family and friends!
