Alan Taylor Roofing replaced our roofing 6 years ago, 9/20. Excellent experience, inspection, offer and timely installation. Recently we have had a leakage around the guttering. Mr. Taylor inspected yesterday 9/28/26 and workman did repairs today 9/29/26.

Super impressed with Alan Taylor Roofing and I know who I will call for all of my future roofing needs! I called last week needing a small repair after calling three other companies who either didn't show up as promise OR they didn't communicate anything to me after they went ut tot he house while I was at work. The one other queste I received was exactly TWICE as much as the one Alan Taylor Roofing charged me. I just wish I had put Google to work to find them sooner instead of listening to friend recommendations for other companies in the area. Renee at Alan Taylor Roofing communicated with me timely and professionally...it's a bonus that she even answered the phone on my first call since no other companies did. I had a bunch of questions and she was very patient and kind. They showed up at the exact time scheduled for the inspection, sent a written estimate, AND follow-up called me to discuss the job, in detail. Mitch also called me to discuss the details of what he was going to do after my many questions to Renee. I appreciate that Mitch was also very patient and kind. The guys were at my house at 8am less than a week later to complete the job, as promised. I even received follow-up photos of the completed job, which is important to me as a mortgage professional. as I know how repairs can affect future sales and appraisals. Photos of roof repairs can be important to show a future appraiser, if needed. I was able to pay the invoice through a link that was texted to me, which made it super convenient. I'm extremely please that the other companies didn't show up since I now have a local business that I can recommend to others! It's so hard to get people to show up for home repairs, especially with great service, where they're not taking advantage of people like me. Thanks for everything, guys! I appreciate you so much!

What a great company. Our roof was put on by Alan Taylor Roofing 10 yrs ago. They sent a letter for a free inspection before height of hurricane season in Sept. Roof in good condition. No high pressure tactics. Highly recommend.

Repairman was extremely courteous. Reviewed work to be done. Listened to our concerns. Worked very hard to make it all happen. The results showed afterward that all was completed to our satisfaction. Would highly recommend to others.
