  Both the Scheduler and Technician were professional, pleasant and efficient. The Technician, "Jesse", was friendly and spoke in terms easily understood about the generator and its performance. He completed his maintenance and was respectful of the property, leaving the area as he found it. For me, Jesse represented everything anyone would want in a technician. He presented himself as a true professional who took pride in his profession. As the face of GenerX , he shined. Thank you.

  Ryan Coates was incredible…..patient, knowledgeable and accommodating to the needs of a senior citizen. He is the epitome of what anyone would like in customer service treatment. Put me on his annual list for servicing my unit. I felt completely assured that my unit is in top notch condition for the upcoming hurricane season. He is an asset to your team. Thanks for Ryan!!!!   I’m so pleased with the service from Generx! From scheduling a timely appointment to the annual maintenance, everything was done with professionalism. My technician Mike took the time to explain and show me his process and what was needed to keep my generator running flawlessly and to give me peace of mind going into the hurricane season.

  I would’ve given 5 stars except the service was provided a day late. No one called to say the guy wouldn’t make the noon-5pm window. The guy showed up the next morning. Glad I was home to be there! The actual maintenance was great, the technician a nice guy, but the office sucked. I had a hard time scheduling the appointment too. The phone secretary had bad phone etiquette; I had to continually ask her if she was with me on the phone call, that sort of stuff. I also had to call multiple times after leaving voicemail in order to schedule the service. Incidentally, I’ve been under contract with this company for years.

  Ryan did an excellent job; however, his records showed I was to get a Basic Maintenance. I had to show him my original purchase agreement where it showed that at the time of purchase, I paid for the GenerX Preferred plan. I actually paid for two of them and neither were in my records. This isn't the first time they made an error with my records. Upon installation, they asked me for payment, when I had already paid for my generator in full months prior to the installation. They also had this huge pipe blocking the entrance to my crawl space. A worker for another project pointed this out to me since he needed to get under my house. (Picture attached.) Who does something like that? GenerX immediately came to fix it, but it shouldn't have happened in the first place.
