  Brandon was very professional and knowledgeable, addressing our annual maintenance along with providing additional information related to the surge protector. I really appreciated how he answered all our questions without trying to push it on us. These guys have been top notch since day one!!

  I have used Generx for many years and they do a great job maintaining my generator. I would not use anyone else for annual maintenance. I highly recommend these guys

  Customer service has been poor, the crew doing the actual work was excellent, but getting someone in the office is a nightmare. I finally wrote down several office personnel extension numbers so I could get someone directly. But now, their system simply says that those numbers are invalid and hangs up. Unfortunately for us, we have paid them in full and still have permits that are not closed out (because they failed inspection). The phone app does not work, I hope the actual generator works, if not these guys are so hard to get in touch with, I'll probably have to find someone else to service it

  Called to tell me when he would arrive. Came on time and told me what he was going to do. Asked if I had any questions. Finished and explained all he did. He was very courteous.

  Angel was very personable and professional. He explained the process completely and quickly performed the required maintenance. He also explained when maintenance would be necessary if high usage was necessary and what to do during these periods to safety check oil levels.
