  After more than a few years, I have finally found an individual (and company) who is exceptionally professional. T.J. and Friends Plumbing are in a class unto themselves. At any future point in time that I would require any of their services — I would not hesitate in calling them immediately. Additionally, I would always request T.J. as the service technician to respond. Highly recommend in no uncertain terms.

  My water heater alarm was beeping when I came home late in the evening. I reached out to Friends Plumbing when the plumber who installed the unit failed to call me back. Kaine and his team were very gracious, courteous, expedient and helped me silence the noise and determine what to look for to find what the source of the leak into the pan. Kine took lots of care (despite the heat and late hour) to explain the situation and answer all my questions. He said his goal was to make sure I didn't waste money so finding the correct problem would lead to the most cost effective solution. I could tell he actually likes his job and helping people and for that I am very grateful! Thank you!

  A ++. A great company with service. We had a broken exterior pipe on Sunday afternoon. After shutting off the water to the whole house, we called Friends plumbing . Nicky was here within the hour . He quickly replaced the faucet and pipe and we had water again. He gave us tips on how to prevent this from occurring again.

  Friends plumbing is the go to for all your plumbing needs 5 🌟s. My issue was after hours on the weekend, typical homeowner worried and anxious. I had a section of CPVC water piping that failed. I called up Friends plumbing a friendly person answered the phone, within a hour, Supertech Gavin appears on the scene, professional and courteous he exaimed, the issue gave me a professional and courteous explanation. Told me the best method of resolving the issue. Gave a fair price 👌 and took care of the problem. Tampa Bay Friends plumbing is the best 👌 💯 . Hi 👋 five. Howard of Tampa.   Called Friends for a quote on a water heater swap, already had the new electric tankless unit here for install. Couldn’t give me a rough estimate over the phone but said they can come out for a quote and if I agree to the number they would install immediately. Explained I had an electrician coming in right after the install to tie in the tankless heater and they understood the situation. 2 days later the plumber comes and tells me he only does the quote and then we schedule the install for a later date, this was exactly what I wanted to avoid since I had the electrician scheduled that same day. Quote was insane anyway, $1639 dollars for a simple swap and they lied to me over the phone about the install. Found another plumber that will install for $450-$750 depending on any extra parts that are needed. Never again Friends.
