  Prompt response. However initially quoted $433 to clear clogged tub drain. When I said no way, I'll have to get more estimates, he asked what I'd be willing to pay. I said I couldn't see it being over $150. He called a manager who changed the price down to $150 in less than 2 minutes. It took less than 15 minutes to do the job! Very suspicious way of doing business. Seems shady. Why quote $433 if you know you'll do it for less. Will not use again.

  Anthony was amazing. He showed up on time and evaluated the situation. A dishwasher installer had crack the hot water pipe earlier in the day. I was very tired and stressed. Anthony was efficient and polite and pout me completely at ease. He had to cut a whole in my wall and made extra effort to be as quiet as possible. I was also very impressed by how much he cleaned up after himself. 100% recommend!!!

  I called Friends Plumbing to install a new faucet and supply lines on my laundry sink and replace the frozen shut off valves. I also had them replace the old p traps under the kitchen sink which were failing. The plumber, David, did a great job and was friendly and efficient. He also took the time to point out some other things I should probably get repaired that a handyman could do. I later found water leaking under the sink so he came back and replaced the faulty p traps he had just installed and spent extra time to ensure no more leaks. Customer service people were also great - everyone was very professional. They even said they would give me a credit for my coupon which I had forgotten to give them when I paid. Was it expensive- yes. But I was given an estimate up front and chose to proceed with the work.

  We had a leaky bathtub faucet that needed to be fixed. It’s an old building so the fixtures were old and Friends plumbing did everything they could to fix it with cost efficiency in mind. We ended up having to replace the connection and install a new fixture as well as install an access panel for easy access. Friends plumbing (Austin and Gavin) were professional, thoughtful and knowledgeable and got the job done within the same day. I would definitely recommend them again and am happy to be part of the Friends family program. Great job gentlemen! If that weren’t enough, the follow up call to find out how our experience was is not something we see often but it was very much appreciated and I was happy to report that I was an extremely happy customer!

  Both bathrooms in our home started backing up over the weekend. When our regular plumber didn’t return our call, we began reading reviews and decided to contact Friends Plumbing. Not only was Zackary at our house within a few hours, but he also called ahead to let us know he was on his way and gave us an accurate arrival time. He worked late into the evening, even in the dark, attempting to cable through the cleanout. When neither the cable nor the camera could get past a certain point, he explained the situation clearly and let us know he would need to return Monday to dig and repair. We received a confirmation text on Sunday for our Monday appointment, and Zackary followed up again with a message Monday morning. When he arrived, he got right to work digging and then brought us over to show exactly where our main line connects to the city’s clay tap. He recommended contacting our utility company, and while he was still there, he even spoke with them directly to explain the issue in detail. We truly appreciate Zackary’s work ethic, communication, honesty, and friendliness. He represents the very definition of excellent customer service. Because of him, we will absolutely be using Friends for all of our future plumbing needs.
