  The company returned my call in a timely manner. I was told up front what the after hours service call was going to cost and I was given detailed information on the technician assigned to my job. The technician was very friendly, courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. I greatly appreciate the opportunity to have met the technician sent to me and I'm very impressed with the work performed!

  I had found my water main connection to be leaking. Scheduled an appointment with Friends Plumbing. Kaine came out promptly to get us fixed up. He was extremely professional and explained everything he was going to do to fix the issue. He got it done and the finished work looks great! Highly recommend. Thank you Kaine for a job well done bud!

  The worst company I’ve ever hired in Tampa Bay. I called Friends Plumbing to look at my tankless water heater system, which was fluctuating between hot and cold. They assigned a professional named TJ to come to my house. He arrived well past the scheduled time and was in a huge rush; he didn't ask me anything. I mentioned the water was cooling down and that I’d read it might need flushing; he simply agreed and presented me with a $570 bill just to do that. He said he’d fix it, but the professional didn't even touch the water unit properly. When it came time to do the work, he claimed a valve was hard to open—which was a lie—and charged extra just to turn a valve. That’s not to mention the absurd membership fee I had to pay, plus the three outrageous quotes he gave me totaling over $10,000 for completely unnecessary expenses. Long story short: the flushing job was done terribly and didn't solve a thing. He left, and I called for three days saying the system was still bad and I didn't want that professional in my home again. They simply wouldn't listen and had the same arrogant professional call me back; he insinuated the problem was my filter. Well, I hired another company, and the new professional simply opened the unit, changed a filter, and the problem was solved in 15 minutes. So, don't make my mistake: NEVER HIRE FRIENDS PLUMBING. You could get ROBBED—just like I was—and then be told *you* are the problem. Now I’m going to the police, and my lawyer will handle recovering the money that was literally stolen from me. Stay far away from this company!

  We had a water leak on a Saturday evening and Friends Plumbing responded in an extremely timely manner as an emergency service. Zackary was the plumber who responded and we were quite impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and courtesy. We were so impressed with Friends Plumbing and Zackary that we had them back a few days later to replace a toilet. We felt that the price for the work they performed was vey reasonable and they made it clear from the beginning what the cost of all the work would be. We are a new customer but will certainly have Friends Plumbing and Zackary attend to all of our future plumbing needs.

  I have been a customer of Friend's Plumbing for many years and have always been extremely pleased with the service I have received. I had a fantastic experience with Austin with Friends Plumbing and cannot speak highly enough about him. I had originally scheduled a service call between two and three in the afternoon. However , when I called Friends Plumbing and spoke with Rhonda to explain to her that there was a schedule change she checked her schedule and informed me that she could schedule a technician shortly thereafter. That was when I met Austin. He was extremely professional, polite and courteous and diagnosed the problem immediately, a tripped circuit breaker! He did a thorough check of my water heater and water softener and did not charge me a service fee as the problem was not a plumbing issue. It is hard to find honest and skilled tradespeople these days, but this team hits all the marks. Thank you Rhonda and Austin for exemplary service! I will absolutely be requesting Austin for all my future plumbing needs!
