  While I was driving and on Spring Hill dr with my turn signal on getting ready to turn into another business your employee in a company marked van is laying on his horn as I turn into the establishment that has a raised drive way because I had to slow down to go over it. He then proceeded to still lay on it while passing me as I parked in the nil salon parking lot JUST NOW. I turned on my signal 2 driveways prior to the business to give ampe time and make sure he did not hit me. His behavior was uncalled for.
