  Outstanding Service From Start to Finish My wife and I would like to commend the entire team at Trademark Electric for the outstanding job they did installing our new generator and getting it up and running. I want to personally recognize all of the technicians who came to our home, including Shaman, Zelle, Steven, Jordan, Ben and the other members of Ben’s crew, as well as Rick and Bert. Also Ben in sales was great and very patient with us. Every one of these men displayed the utmost professionalism. They were extremely polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home throughout the entire process. I have to give Trademark Electric an A++ for the way they train their crews when working in someone’s home. Every technician we encountered was exceptional. They worked professionally, communicated well, and took great care to leave our property just as they found it when they arrived. The workmanship was absolutely impeccable. We also want to recognize Coral and Shiloh in the office. Before we signed the paperwork to have Trademark Electric install our generator, my wife and I called numerous times with questions. Both ladies were incredibly professional, patient, helpful, and courteous every single time. They were amazing throughout the entire process. Great work, ladies! Our generator is now up and running and standing by. Should we lose power, we have complete confidence knowing the job was done right. Thank you to everyone at Trademark Electric who played a part in making this experience such a positive one. From the office staff to every technician who came to our home, your professionalism and dedication were second to none. We highly recommend Trademark Electric!

  I've been using Trademark Electric for the past 15 years since I've lived in this home. The company is highly professional, reliable and charges a reasonable service fee which is done on a regular maintenance schedule. The service technicians are all excellent. Yesterday, the technician's name was CJ who was excellent. He was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and efficient in testing and recalibrating the valves, replacing the aging spark plugs, changing the oil and installing a new battery. He also tested and demonstrated the activation of the transfer switch to ensure all the work he performed was to my satisfaction and provided safe operation of the aging generator unit. He also provided me with important information on the relative condition of the generator and he was very friendly. I might add that the outside temperature was extremely hot and humid and our stop was the last one for the day for him and he never complained. He provided great service with a smile! I highly recommend Trademark Electric to anyone who seeks professional and reliable service.

  Trademark came when they said, did what they said they were going to do, cleaned up and were very informative and professional. Unlike the company that installed my generator that kept making excuses, not calling back as promised so after 4 attempts with them I contacted trademark. My confidence is restored if we have a power failure.
