  It’s a good thing to know that whenever the power goes out, I’m well taken care of. Friends have to send out the alarm “DON’T OPEN THE FRIDGE LEAVE THE FREEZER SHUT!!” Or perhaps they wake up in the middle of the night with their pillow soaked from sweat because they have no air-conditioning. I live in a very warm climate, so heating isn’t something I really am concerned about. However, it’s nice to know that if it does get cold enough for the heat to come on with my Generac hardwired generator, I’ll still be warm. All the conveniences that we are accustomed to are available to me, whereas they may not be to other people. It’s also sad to see a man and/or woman Struggling with a portable generator in a rain storm or hurricane warning. I do recommend owning a Generac hardwired generator for your entire house. It truly is peace of mind. I also want to mention that Generac does have technicians that maintain your unit. And that maintenance can be costly. To me, that’s the only drawback. Maintenance does run into the hundreds, so be prepared!

  Technician was great - explained everything. If I have a complaint - it’s the over use of texting, emails and calls from the office. I only need one reminder please!!

  This was the first time we’ve used Trademark, after being referred by our neighbor. The service technician Kelvin was prompt and professional for our annual Generac service. The service fee was reasonable and we will definitely be using Trademark again in the future as our authorized Generac service provider.

  Our technician Jordan was fantastic. He was prompt and he got his work done fast. Polite and made sure I had no questions. Highly recommend Trademark. Their entire staff is 100% professional. This service call was for our Generac.

  They have been out to our house three times in past two months( 8/20 and 9/22) First time they said it was the gas line that needed something. Called out gas company for repair and then trade mark came out to finish the tune up. Cost us two service charges. Then the next storm about a month maybe later generator wouldn’t turn on so they came back out with another full service charge to tell us it’s no good. How did they not know that after the second time out? A total of 440.00 not including Teco gas bill.
