  We’ve used PUDDLES twice now, and both experiences have been excellent. This most recent situation happened on a Friday evening when our AC started leaking water through the drywall and into our garage. Franklyn came out that same evening to help us, which we really appreciated despite it raining after hours. Everyone we worked with was professional, responsive, and straightforward. They took the time to explain what was happening, identify the areas that had been affected, and focus on getting everything dried as quickly as possible. They brought in professional drying equipment and carefully monitored the affected areas to help prevent further damage and potential mold growth. What stood out most was how thorough the team was. They answered all of our questions, kept us informed throughout the process, and provided plenty of photos and documentation. Water damage is stressful, especially when it happens unexpectedly, but PUDDLES made the entire process much easier. We felt that our home was in good hands from the moment they arrived. We would absolutely recommend PUDDLES to anyone dealing with water damage or needing restoration services.   Franklyn came out and walked me through the entire process in a way that was easy to understand, but also brought me in as a partner, not just a person who was dealing with a problem. While it was a huge problem, I felt that every step was handled with care and professionalism. At the end of the day, my family's health and safety is my primary driver, and it was clear they had the same motivation.

  Late last month, we discovered a leak behind the drywall in a wall between our bedroom and kitchen. A plumber stopped the leak but immediately saw significant water damage and mold.   The technician from Puddles Restoration was very professional and informative. He answered all my questions prior to, during and after the service was completed. He took special care to ensure that the treatment area was secured in such a way as to protect the environment in the rest of my home, which was most appreciated. I would highly recommend this company for all restoration needs.
