  Our technician was Beau and he was awesome! We were able to get an appointment next day and he was able to fix it same day. And it needed a lot of fixing. He was very thorough in explaining everything that should be done and gave an itemized list of things from most important to least. Our garage door system was VERY old and always sounded like it was gonna fall apart and very loud so we chose to do everything recommended.When Beau finished it sounded so quiet and smooth as butter. Great warranty, great customer service! All around A+++ We will only use them in the future. Thank you Precision!

  Beau was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to give us a detailed list of our garage needs. I was well communicated with regarding the service techs arrival. Would highly recommend this company.

  Lovely understanding folks. I ran into my garage door and it had to be completely replaced. I made a online appointment. I got a text message immediately telling me someone would be out to my house. The next day she came looked at it took measurements gave me options and set an appointment up for this morning. He was here exactly at the time he was supposed to be an awesome job. I have several friends who have used them and yes, I do recommend them and if I have to, I’ll use them again thanks guys for your hard work.
