  We had Solomon as our technician really a Pluto work with. He was always polite and will to explain what he was doing. Some of it was a safety issue caused by the original builder of our house. I would love to tell you who that was. The work by the original installer was so bad my wife saw the problems. Solomon was able to fix and replace the shawty work by the builder due to there get it done and move on.

  Bo came out to assess our damaged door which was partially off the rail on one side. He was there within a couple of hours of my call! He came up with a very reasonable plan to fix it and came back the next day with parts and got the door back to working order, actually better than before the damage. He explained what he needed to do very well, gave me some options etc and he was very pleasant to work with. Definitely recommend.

  Jordon, the technician, listened to what we wanted for the garage door, had some good suggestions, gave us pricing and ordered what we needed. When the parts came in, Jordon was in touch immediately, set up a time to come by, and completed the work efficiently! He took time to explain how to operate the garage pad and where to change out the batteries when needed. I will always call Precision Garage Doors for service and certainly ask for Jordon!

  Our installer was so very helpful and had answers to all of questions. He went over everything in great detail.
