  My AC went out recently, likely after a lightning storm caused a power surge, damaging the capacitor. One Hour Air Conditioner & Heating’s receptionist booked a same-day appointment within a few hours and didn’t charge an enormous emergency service fee — she was pleasant and clearly knowledgeable. Ricardo, the technician, was resourceful and efficient: he quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the capacitor within minutes, and gave helpful tips for monitoring the unit going forward. Professional, fast, and informative service — I highly recommend this team.

  A company is as good as their employees, and I was lucky to get Austin. He is exactly the kind of technician you hope will show up at your door: highly skilled, thorough, knowledgeable, personable, and, perhaps most importantly, honest. Austin cleaned my coils so thoroughly during his last visit that six months later, they barely needed cleaning at all. Rather than trying to sell me a service I didn’t need, he took the time to explain what he was seeing, what actually needed attention, and what didn’t. That kind of honesty is invaluable, particularly when you are relying on someone else’s expertise to make decisions about an expensive HVAC system. His technical knowledge is immediately apparent. He is meticulous in his work, answers questions clearly, and doesn’t rush through a service call. He also genuinely seems to enjoy what he does, which shows in both the quality of his work and the way he interacts with customers. Austin completed my maintenance, cleaned everything up beautifully, and left me feeling completely confident that my system had received the attention it needed without spending money unnecessarily. It is increasingly rare to find someone who combines technical skill, conscientiousness, integrity, and such an easygoing personality. Austin is an outstanding representative of the company, and he is absolutely the technician I will request for future service. Five very well-earned stars.

  One Hour Air is wonderful local business! I’ve trusted them for a few years to keep my a/c in top condition by having them service them They’re very reliable and knowledgeable. I prefer doing business with local companies because they keep Ocala strong.

  This company is prompt we called they had a service agent in the area and was here in 10 minutes TY One Hour you are the best🙌
