  I was very pleased with his work and what I liked is that he actually talked to me about some of the stuff he was doing instead of just doing it and taking it off he was very informative and had a great attitude

  I always ask for Austin. He is the very best technician I have ever had with any AC /heat Company. When he sees a problem, he knows exactly how to address it and fix it and prevent it from doing any harm. He always fixes anything that possibly could become a problem also. He is very friendly and explains everything so I can understand it. He is always so personable, and knowledgeable, and it’s such a relief and a pleasure to have someone I can trust.

  Right now, I’m not in a very good place in terms of my mental attitude towards the property. We worked on yesterday. However, having Ricardo there brought a lot of peace into my life as I deal with all the problems on that piece of property.

  As usual Austin saved me from the heat!! System quit late yesterday and Mona had him here this morning .. Aaaahhhhh I can feel the cool air again. He is probably the kindest most professional service guy I know. I feel safe having One Hour Air as my AC family!!

  Ac not cooling and Ricardo diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes. Excellent service and I am so grateful as this Florida Heat is no joke. Mona was great in fitting me in at the end of day and sending out the best AC tech anyone could ever hope for. Thank God for this exceptional business and to getting AC working again. 😊
