  Been in Ocala since 1977 never had such great service, what a refreshing young man Ricardo. Explains everything in detail & very very courteous, the other company never cleaned my split unit in 2 yrs, 5 star employee ❣️❣️❣️❣️

  Ricardo is a "Top Knotched" professional. Very polite and smart with HVAC systems. Found problem right away and replaced part, with thorough knowledge but simple explanation how and why it went bad. I would recommend him anytime and will stick with this Company and service tech anytime I need HVAC work done.

  Our mini-split AC stopped working. Austin diagnosed the problem, fixed it and topped off the coolant. Excellent job. When our current maintenance contract expires, we will switch to One Hour in Ocala.

  I’ve been using One Hour A/C for 10 years. The company is very accessible, accommodating, dependable & pricing is reasonable. My tech, Ricardo, is a very personable young man, knowledgeable & efficient. 5 stars all around for sure!
