  First let’s start with, I called this morning and a service tech was available by 1pm today. Aaron showed up and was very detail oriented and thoroughly explained everything to me and took a few extra steps to make sure we were really resolving the issue at hand. He was amazing and it is service like this that makes me so happy to move home.

  Zack was excellent. He provided us with a great overview and options for installation of a mini split. In addition he helped us resolve an issue we were having with noise coming from our house air conditioning. Great service, courteous, and knowledgeable!

  Called Ocala Heating & Air after our AC froze over overnight. We have a small child so no AC in July is not an option. Its a holiday weekend so we weren't sure if we were going to even be able to get someone to come look at it. The staff I spoke to on the phone were so nice and professional and said they'd do their best to get someone out asap. Aaron, The tech, was at our house within 2 hours, fixed the problem, and had our AC working again in about 2 more hours. He was honest, upfront about pricing, and very friendly. The cost ended up being quite a bit more than we could really comfortably afford, but the girls in the office helped us with a payment plan which was just above and beyond! If I could give y'all 10 stars, I would! We also joined their service program so they will be the only ones who will be servicing our AC unit in the future. THANK YOU!!!

  I called this company at 8 o’clock in the morning because my air went out the night before they were here by 8:45. I know that’s very unusual but I am so very grateful. Raymond explained everything to me showed me everything gave me prices quotes I couldn’t have asked for a better service tech. Thank you so much highly recommend.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I highly recommend Aaron at Ocala Heating and Air. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and completed the work efficiently and with great attention to detail. It’s refreshing to work with someone who is both skilled and genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again and would gladly recommend him to anyone needing electrical or A/C services.
