  Well first of all Justin is a neighbor and that by itself is comforting to know in the event we had a problem with the new AC. He is professional and just a nice person. He is also very detailed oriented and left no stone unturned and no question unanswered. We were impressed and thankful for Justin’s attention to our AC issues.

  My initial time with Bill was satisfactory. I am doing thorough research and my due diligence on choosing the best company to purchase a new AC unit. The final decision has not been made but Bill was very clear in his explanations and offering reasonable suggestions on what we needed to do to complete our project.

  We called Ocala Heating & Air Conditioning, LLC Friday night after a severe thunderstorm knocked our air conditioning out. The house had climbed to 77° while the thermostat was set to 70. HVAC Tech Justin came out, thoroughly checked the entire system, and confirmed everything was working properly after a reset at the outdoor breaker. By the time he finished, the thermostat was already back down to 74°. Prompt response on a Friday night, professional and thorough service, and a cool house again — exactly what you hope for when something goes wrong. Highly recommend Justin and Ocala Heating & Air Conditioning.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with Ocala Heating & Air for a complete replacement of the air-conditioning system in my home. From start to finish, the entire process was professional, straightforward, and surprisingly affordable. The salesman, Bill, was great to work with—friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He explained everything clearly, gave me a very reasonable price, and made the whole process easy. The administrative staff at the office was also extremely helpful and pleasant every time I dealt with them. The installation crew showed up on time, were friendly and professional, and did an excellent job with the installation. Everything was handled cleanly and efficiently, and you could tell they took pride in their work. For such a major purchase, I couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience. Fair pricing, great communication, excellent installation, and genuinely nice people from the salesman to the office staff to the installers. I would absolutely recommend Ocala Heating & Air to anyone needing HVAC work or a complete system replacement. Very positive experience from beginning to end!

  The Ocala Heating and Air Conditioning team is always quick to respond to any of our repair/maintenance requests, professional, punctual, polite, and knowledgeable. Our family has used them for over 20+ years for HVAC repairs and maintenance. Jon Day was our technician this time. He was quick to diagnose and fix the issue with our AC unit. Thank you for being a local company we can always rely on! Highly recommend!
