Everyone we dealt with was awesome; from Andrew and Gavin in sales, Amy setting up the installation and Josh the installer!! Josh did an amazing job from start to finish! Everything was done perfectly! Our house is 40 years old and this was our first time renovating the bathroom! We would recommend Ocala Bath LLC to anyone needing a new tub or shower! Thank you to everyone involved! We truly appreciate the excellent quality your business has provided!!!!

I received a text the day of saying they looked forward to coming out at 6pm and who the tech was. “Nothing about confirming the appointment”.I received a text at 6:40 saying they canceled the appointment do to not being able to reach me. They said “ they sent emails and texts”. The person I was texting said they have times and days when they sent them. I have zero texts and zero emails from “Ocala Bath” I even sent them screenshots. They said they called 9 times “to confirm the appointment” the only voice mail I had was from 3 days earlier and still said nothing about a confirmation. They were nice enough to offer me to reschedule after they canceled on me 40 min after my appointment time. I said thanks but no thanks. Apparently when you make and appointment is not an appointment.

For those who know how anal I am, it’s wonderful to meet someone who is as anal as me, I trully got the “A” Team from Ocala Baths. From Andrew & Gaven, “the senior sales team” to Josh the “Master Install Construction Manager”, I couldn’t be happier with the final product. So, since I did all your pre-project research, you can now go directly to Ocala Baths for your dream shower conversion project. If I have to pick one word to describe what me & pat got it's, “CRAFTSMANSHIP”. They gave us what we wanted with no negative attitude, only smiles & “of course we can do that for you”. posted on my facebook page 06/06/26?
