Excellent service. Gary was courteous, and knowledgeable. He explained the problem I was having with my system (with picture) and fully explained the maintenance required. He did a repair on my drip pan and performed routine maintenance on my entire system. When asked about a maintenance plan, he provided comprehensive information. I’m very pleased with the service he provided.

Brayan and his partner did an exceptional job. Very transparent, professional and knowledgeable when asked questions. Wish we would have used Iron Shield earlier. Highly recommend them. Guys were also super polite and nice. 10 out of 10

Contacted the company this morning and they were at the house in a few hours. We had not used them before but the air conditioning died when we returned from being away for the summer. It was 86° in the house and extremely humid. The trip charge is $89 and they say if you do the repair they waive the trip charge. Well, Todd F was able to find some more warranty for an electrical part that had shorted over the summer. Bottom line we paid $89 and got a complete check as well. Up and running. Use them, ask for Todd! You’re welcome.
