  It is so refreshing to find a company that still genuinely values exceptional customer service! ​After speaking with Sean at the office, we recently had Anthony come out to our home for some plumbing work, and he was absolutely fantastic. From the moment he arrived very timely in a neat, professional uniform, he was incredibly articulate, knowledgeable, and patient with us. Most importantly, he operated with a level of personality, honesty and integrity that is hard to come by these days. ​The quality of his work was outstanding, and he made the entire process completely stress-free for our family. ​I cannot recommend Anthony and Heffner Plumbing more highly.   It is incredibly rare to find a truly exceptional company in this day and age, but this team exceeded every expectation! ​My experience began over the phone with Sean to discuss some plumbing work for our home. Sean was personable, professional, and incredibly patient. His expertise was obvious, and I immediately appreciated his deep sense of honesty and integrity. ​We scheduled an appointment, and Anthony came out to work on our water main. It was so refreshing to see that Anthony shared the exact same core values as Sean. Anthony promptly arrived in a crisp, clean uniform, represented the company perfectly, and delivered absolutely flawless work. ​We cannot recommend them highly enough.
