  Dallas responded to repair a dripping outdoor water hose spigot. He was extremely friendly, courteous, and professional. He took care of the problem in a timely manner, and then double checked his work to make sure everything was in proper working condition, something I have seen that other repair people did not do. I am completely satisfied with his work. Let's not forget Denise. The process started when she took my first telephone call regarding my concerns. She was also courteous and respectful, fully explaining the steps that would be taken for the repair. I am very glad I have used Hefner Plumbing.

  Dallas came to our house on a Saturday and diagnosed the problem quickly. His level of professionalism was outstanding. We had another small problem crop up on Wednesday and he came out immediately. Just the best service. Thank you!!

  I can’t recommend Hefner Plumbing Co. enough! We’ve used them for several different projects over the years, including installing new shower heads, repairing pipes, and replacing our hot water heater, and every experience has been excellent. Anthony, in particular, has been absolutely amazing. He’s personable, professional, incredibly attentive, and takes the time to explain everything without making you feel rushed. It’s clear he genuinely cares about doing quality work and making sure his customers are happy. Having someone you can trust in your home makes all the difference, and Anthony consistently goes above and beyond. Cody has also been great to work with, and the entire team has always been prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. It’s refreshing to find a company that’s reliable and stands behind their work.   I messed up my drain this weekend and called them on a sunday morning thinking it would be hours before anyone showed up but they got someone out in like an hour which is insane around here. everyone is super freindly, the guy was patient when i asked a hundred questions and actually showed me what happened rather than just fixing it and leaving. cant belive how fair the price was considering the time of day to be honest, i feel like I should pay them extra just for showing up as fast as they did. Def my guys going forward, ive used them twice for seperate issues now and they havent let me down once

  Hefner Plumbing is an excellent plumbing company. Personnel are always on time and they are professional but also very friendly. Dallas has been especially helpful in helping my wife and me with our plumbing problems.
