  David H. was so awesome! He explained everything that was to be reviewed as part of the service and provided a great followup report. In addition he spent a lot of extra time to finally get my app working which I really appreciated. Great job.

  David Hence was great! He communicated when he was going to be here so I wasn’t wondering when service was going to be here. He was thorough with his service and was extremely friendly. I will be requesting him from now on.

  Tom was very patient and thorough answering all questions presented to him. Furthermore he made certain we had call back numbers and web site information for any further questions. I gave him a “5” because there was no place to give him a “6”.

  Tom Wilson, your generator technician, arrived right on time! He Introduced himself and created a friendly atmosphere right from the start. I was impressed by the way he presented an easy to understand presentation running me thru the basic operation of my generator and switchgear. He took note of several issues that were not right and promised to get them addressed. He also promised to pass to me via email a written summary of the basic skills he taught me for future reference in case I forget in my old age.. in summary, I was very pleased and glad that I chose GenerX to provide my emergency power.

  Nathaniel Madison recently performed a service on our new Generx generator. By far, he was the most knowledgeable and accommodating service person we have had since our purchase of the generator Nate went out of his way to make sure I understood everything and answered all of the questions that I had. I had a ton of questions. He was very patient and thorough in every way. If I could, I would request him for service every time. Outstanding service person.
