  Nate was pleasant, worked quickly, and had the bill in a short period of time. Would be a good asset for any A/C company.

  Had tech sent out to home because whole home generator wasn't working. Genx tech said original installers didn't use proper parts and current installation was not up to code. Tech stated that two types of repair personnel would be needed to complete needed repairs and one group Wasn't available. Charged 209.00 for inspection only and left. Called ramsay gas solutions and they sent a tech out at no charge to access my problems. He also said that regulator to regulator was out of code with wrong parts used. He came back 3 days later and rebuilt my entire propane delivery system to 100 percent up to code with all new parts in just 2.5 hours. Cost was very fair and I'm very happy. Ramsay gas solutions are pros. Genx are inspection specialist only. Do not recommend genx.

  GenerX is absolutely an incredible company to buy a generator from. Their service is top notch. From sales, installation, annual maintenance they were profession, friendly, extremely competent and easy to reach when necessary. They kept me informed each step of the way. Even sent a picture of the tech that would show up at my property for extra security. Matt their service tech was incredibly imformative, efficient and friendly. Everything GenerX said they'd do they did and always on schedule. A completely hassel free experience. I never write reviews, but this company excelled do far above, that i felt others need to know about this.company and its entire staff.

  Amazing professional pleasant gentleman, his service and knowledge was outstanding. Dave was great. Just don't understand why it took almost 2 weeks to get someone out here after calling every number and person we could. The generator didn't work from the first day after the installers left. In my opinion your company needs to work on communication. Also need to get the permit closed out, please take care of this ASAP.

  Technician David Hence notified us in advance of his estimated time of arrival. David was very customer oriented and took the time to ensure we were educated on the generator functions and operating modes. He walked us through the actual transition explaining each step in the process and what to expect, including monitoring the propane tank level. He verified we were on the list for an annual maintenance check to maintain peace of mind.
